Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for Palmetto Exterminators (Summerville office). I was not notified in advance about their visit— the technician arrived unexpectedly at my rental property without any prior communication. Additionally, I never received an inspection report following the visit. I only became aware of the service after receiving an incorrect notification about a renewal payment being due. Get a bill totally unaware someone was at my house that day because my camera did not alert me. Looked back at the footage didn't see anyone. They told me that someone was there and finished the job that again I didn't agree to. This company Showed up on a holiday to do a termite inspection. Did not schedule. I told him no. Very unprofessional. Unorganized! The Summerville branch manager was very disrespectful. I do not recommend using this company. This has been a continuous issue with this company. They do a very poor job when they are supposed to clean around the lights for Spiderwebs.
