Respectful customer service from exterminators and reception staff however, I do not recommend signing a termite contract with them without knowing which termite situations they do not cover damages for. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised after their merger to find that the service was just as amazing. The technicians are always kind, professional and trustworthy. The pricing is the best I’ve found in the Summerville area and they’re always upfront about service costs. About 18 months ago when I engaged with Stark, they were friendly, prompt and professional. Unfortunately, this has changed as of July 2025. After several visits to my home, the pulled the termite stations without notice. When questioned, they said it was due to non-payment. I showed them that I had no email, text or phone call regarding payment for a termite bond. It was ignored. Definitely would not do business with Stark at this time. There are alternative companies that still show up
