Matt help us with a large bat issue we had. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable on what to do. He also help on other rodent issues we have had. If we have any rodent/bat issues we would call on Matt exclusively. Mark & Melanie

Our family thought that we had snake eggs in the back yard! Of course, we were curious as to where the mother was if the eggs are present. Since we have a toddler running around that love to play outdoors, we had to keep her inside and with minimal outdoor activities for us as well. I called and spoke with Matt at Biotech Pest Management and he said that he would come over to check it to determine if it was actually snake eggs. Well, Matt came over and found out that it was mushrooms! Haha! Thank God it wasn't snake eggs! Matt was kind and professional with a great personality! Thank you so much Matt. I will always think of calling you first should we need assistance in the future.

Great people to work with. Matt and Kathy made the process very easy and they worked with my schedule. Cody came to my home and did a thorough inspection and treated accordingly. They also came up with a plan to continue treatment to get my issue under control and continue treatment long term so the issue does not return. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Had a great conversation with Cody while he was here as well. It’s nice to know there are still those that can conduct business and connect personally at the same time. Looking forward to them continuing to treat my home as needed. Thank you guys, for everything.

Where do I begin! Discovering a mouse in the garage was the least of my worries! Finding out I had rats in my attic was the tip of the iceberg! So thankful for Biotech (Matt) who took care of our situation. From the initial visit, climbing on the roof, sealing parts of the home that was left exposed by the builders. Removing a dead rat from the yard and trapping one in the attic. So much going on yet it was handled in a very professional manner! We felt so comfortable that we let Matt in while we weren’t at home to check the cameras and traps! Hands down would highly recommend! Thank you Matt!

Had a HUGE rodent problem (literally, those suckers were huge) and Matt showed up, evaluated the situation and showed me exactly where they were getting in. They were digging under the HVAC system and getting in that way. He put in an exclusion around the my home, and found the previous pest control company didn't even perform the job correctly. Matt fixed the problem and removed the "fix" from the previous company. Extremely kind, courteous, and great with time management. Doesn't waste your time, or try and waste your time trying to sell you stuff you do not need. 100/10 would HIGHLY recommend!
