Amazing Job! Called and spoke with Bryce regarding an issue I was having with a racoon. He came out the same afternoon and was able to assess the problem! Explained my options and was able to accomplish the job quickly! Checked the attic space and determined at that time there was no racoon but found evidence of one being there. Did find 4 distinct areas where access was made. Bryce fixed all areas and double checked to ensure nothing in the attic. I did hear it again but turns out it was just trying to gain access again and was unable to, given the work done! Peace and quiet ever since. Would definitely recommend Meta Pest Solutions! Fast and efficient. Great job!!

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Note! If I could give a zero star, I would...I'm writing to ensure my voice is heard and the company is held accountable. On 2 Dec 2025, I inquired about pest control service for my rental property via Thumbtack. Meta Pest....was displayed on top and had great reviews and high customer numbers. I retrieve the contact number via Google and called. I didn't leave a voicemail nor did I receive a callback. On 3 Dec 2025, I called again and left a detailed voicemail (urgent). As of 4 Dec, I haven't heard from this company and no longer interested. As retired veteran, accountability, timeliness and professionalism are a few attributes I seek in any company I requested service from. This company lacks all and more...! Why wasn't my missed called returned and my message ignored? Only the owner would know the answer. Don't ever underestimate any customers and think you can ignore them with hopes they'll go away. My personal experience and voice is powerful and will be heard. I strongly recommend you resolve your shortfalls and do better! Receipt is attached for all to see 👀👀!
