They are reliable, friendly and trustworthy. They go out of their way to take care of any bug problems that arise. They have been spraying my house for 6 years and we have had no problems with insects inside our house.

Every time you call you get terrible customer service with a terrible attitude wouldn’t recommend this company even as a last resort you’d have a better experience spraying yourself!

When I was looking for a pest control, I called several places. Most never returned my phone call. But none of the others have Ms Tammy. Not only was she friendly, but you can tell she enjoyed giving great customer service. She was knowledge and super sweet. She has customer service down to a science. I missed an appointment and asked for a standing Wednesday appointment never received a text back. My services were canceled (by text)because they came out a second time with no notice. I blocked your number which means no more Sunday texts. Picking up the phone the old school way works much better, do customers have a say as to how they want to be contacted? Your lose not mine! Your response proves how little a fish you are, my apologies!

Customer for about 5 years. Old school type pest control company that sprays in the house and gives attention to every room. Provided quarterly treatment with hardly any issues i between. Never had any issues with the chemicals used and my pets. Don’t always get the same tech so the quality of the treatment sometimes differs. Missed one appointment in 5 years and came home to a business card in my door saying they would no longer treat my home. Secretary at the office can have a bit of an attitude at times. Rufus, the founder, is a great guy and did our first treatments. Not sure how involved he is anymore due to his age.

This is the best pest control I have ever used. They got our problems solved quickly and now do a 3 month maintenance. We have 2 houses and they are very prompt with appointments and easy to deal with. Office staff is very pleasant and workers are very professional. Apex Pest Control is wonderful!! All it took was the initial treatment to get our problem almost 100% under control. Rufus is very friendly, cares about his customers (and their pets!), and works with you on scheduling and treatment. For a VERY reasonable cost, we are able to keep our house 100% critter free and we are VERY PLEASED! Don't pay those over-priced national companies when Apex is local, friendly, very well priced, and gets the job done!

Patty is very reliable, thorough, and friendly. She always has a treat for my pups so they love her visits too!

Rufus and His crew are simply the best at what they do. I have used Apex at 3 different homes of mine over the past several years. When I bought my first home some years ago Rufus walked in with me to do a lil helpful preliminary inspection for any potential pest issues that we usually don't have the eyes to see and he tells me he helped build the houses in that neighborhood when they were developing the place... I was happy to hear that and it was very accurate and useful in my decision to make the purchase... My first place I used Apex for, a rental, we had problems with the landlord and the home that ended in front of a judge and he offered to stand in court with us to serve as a witness and proof to support my family and I... It was a termite related event however I didn't want to take away from his work schedule so I gracefully declined.. This company, its owner Rufus and his employees Really want you to have a bug free life that u want, they truly care about each and every one of there customers and will go the extra mile to support those customers..
