No-worry results and very good service. There is however an ongoing issue with corporate which involves their failure to pay the gate entry fee of $10.00. This failure necessitates the service personnel or the client receiving the service to pay... failing the gate entrance payment the client can't receive the contracted service. Hopefully corporate will step up to the plate and become more client friendly. I look forward to it. Best, A mostly satisfied customer.

[Kessler - 1246 Old Ivy Way Mt. Pleasant, SC] Brandon was the service tech today. He called while he was on his way to the house, describing what was going to be done, which is great. Communication lacks with many service=based companies today. Once on site he began working to perform all of the tasks outlined in the original service call, working with a good steady pace, no goofing around. He then took the time to check the pressure on the system (serviced last week) and noticed that the pressure was lower than Antwan has trained everyone to maintain (150 v. 250). He then communicated with me, as well as corporate (Antwan), and then followed back up with me to check my preference of a schedule for replacing the pump. They sought to try and fix it before a gathering we have on Sunday, which was very considerate of them. But I suspect the fogging done today will take care of everything until next week, particularly since it won't be raining between now and Sunday. This kind of accommodating customer service, as well as attention to detail, is what makes MosquitoNix several cuts above the rest. And I say this as a multiyear customer who has been a part of the company's evolution. I've referred them to others, including colleagues and close friends without any hesitation. I've not had another service vendor for anything home related that I've ever referred to others.

Antwan went above and beyond to make our experience unreal. He was extremely patient and worked with our pool installation timeline to help create our perfect backyard. His communication was excellent and still is, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything mosquito related.

Your Operations Manager Antwan Sanders did the most incredible job at our house yesterday. He is knowledgeable and is a very hard worker who truly cares about his customers. Your company would be well served to find others like Antwan to add to the MosquitoNix team!!!!!

Mosquito Nix responded very quickly when our house was painted and the painters painted over the nozzles they came out to fix it and another issue we had. They do a great job!! Def recommend

I am writing this review in hopes that maybe we will hear from somebody from MosquitoNix. We have had a very difficult time with reps and getting service over the last two years. We currently haven’t seen anyone in months, our tank is empty and we have mosquitos everywhere in the peak season. It appears our rep has once again left the company, funny thing is his name is on the trophy for rep of the month. I have reached out to anyone who works at the company and cannot get anyone on the phone. I am very disappointed with the service of this company.

Called 3 times with VERY specific instructions to fix draping mosquito system lines on fence line. The guy would not listen to family member at property for instruction and left it hanging. But on the ticket claimed it repaired and fixed hanging lines. Would not recommend.

Paid them $60 a month: constantly had mosquitoes. The guys never sprayed my full yard, only random sections of it. Have had the same mosquito level since I cancelled service.

We used this company at our last home and had a wonderful experience. Install was on time great communication. Emails and calls regarding install follow ups and payment. Fast forward 6 months later. We ended up moving and decided to install the same system at our new house. Extremely disappointed. The lack of communication was ridiculous. No one would tell us when they were showing up, we would just look out the window and see random workers in our back yard. It took more than 3 months to finish the install but they were happy to charge my accountant within the hour they left. Again no call no communication that we were even getting charged. It’s been a month now and I am still trying to chase down the remote for my system. We have called over 10 times and we are told over and over someone will drop one off but that’s yet to happen. I would highly advise others to shop around and look at other companies so you don’t have to deal with all the frustrations we have dealt with.

In fairness, I do t think there is short Of spraying very harmful pesticides which I Oppose A totally effective way of eliminating Mosquitoes from your property Mosquito Nix which claims to be a chrysanthemum based product has some effectiveness but even after a booster spray In addition to the requlary times releases Mosquito still find their way to our porch Making it unpleasant to sit outside Mosquito Nic does try hard with good customer service and are responsive I believe however that their delivery system needs some updating as it requires constant adjustment and turning Again I have never seen a fully effective mosquito Eradicator which does not employ very damaging chemicals so mosquito next does seem to be a good option I’ll be at less than as effective as advertised
