I canceled my service with HomeTeam and went with another company, but they still came onto my property without notifying me or getting permission and removed equipment that wasn’t theirs. When I contacted them, the manager was rude and dismissive and tried to send me old contracts as “proof” that I’d allowed it. We had service with them and everything went well. Until we decided to sell the house and cancel. They decided to continue the automatic payment even though we canceled the services. I contacted them via email and phone to let them know I moved from a residence and to cancel pest services. After being told by the Home Team woman on the phone "No problem, we will take care of that" I am now receiving collections information from "overdue debt" from them. Their communication is terrible, and their product is severely overpriced. FYI you can get all the supplies you need to handle termite pest defense yourself for a fraction of the price.
