My experience with Gregory Pest Solutions is terrible. I went through the online account creation that is clearly designed so a human doesn’t have to be paid to answer a phone and set up a new account. So, I go thru the online account nonsense to setup my own account also verify the account, then I immediately receive an invoice for service not yet even scheduled. We have been trying to reach out since few months, but we are unable to reach someone from their sales or management team. They keep saying they will reach out in 48 hours. But no body reaches out and when we call, since past 2 months we ask to speak to a manager and they say no one is available. We spoke to TALVIN and he was of no help and he said his manager is AMBER which apparently is not available since past 2 months and they keep saying every time we call that there is no manager on duty.
