The contract renews on a yearly basis and is written very inconspicuously in the fine print. We tried to cancel our pest control after having them since July of 2023, thinking we weren’t even in a contract anymore, and they filled us in. Not a great way to run a business. Beware of the salespeople. We found much cheaper pest control that can be done by ourselves, but will now have to wait until our “contract” is up. Never in my life have I had a “rolling contract” with any company, that didn’t require a new signature or at least a notice to the parties in the contract. Shady shady business.
I have worked with plenty of pest control vendors in my years of property management but no one has been more knowledgeable than Chelsea! Chelsea and Kevin are great and we love working with them!

Tried to get a quote and then their representative Richie was very pushy and crossed the line when he told me I couldn’t get off the call to discuss with my wife and HE had to talk to her instead. The most heated I’ve been in a long time. Recommendation to company: have a sit down with Richie. Highly likely we would have taken the deal if he did not act how he did. And no, we are no longer interested.

Sales person was very friendly but left out details as to what was covered. We discussed my current company and it was expressed Magna could do 'the same thing but better', after I had signed they mentioned they did not include termite protection. Also we had discussed how to cancel if I wanted to and when the time came, what the sales person said and customer service said did not match. I believed the sales person was being transparent but I should have read the whole contract line by line and not trusted him. Instead it cost me more money for less service, and money added on to the cancelation fee due as compared to what was verbally discussed. Edit: Lowered to 1 star because after contacting to cancel, I was still charged for the next month and happened to catch it in my bank statement. This company has been a headache to work with from the start, would highly recommend any other service.

Jordon always arrives ready to work with a smile on his face. It's been a while since I lived in the south so being back and being big free is awesom Jordon is gone, I went to cancel my contract, wow buyer beware, the writing of their contract is very scary. In the fine print it states you have signed a one year contract with a one year auto renewal ( at possibly a higher charge) so you have really signed a two year contract with a $250 early termination fee

Make sure you are getting what you ask for. I originally asked for general pest and flea and tick treatment. Months later and a couple calls to have them back out to retreat the yard, because our dogs were still getting fleas, I was told they weren't treating my yard for fleas. That it was an additional service and flea season was over the following month. (Does it even get cold enough here to end the flea and tick season?) I added the service this spring at an additional cost but they didn't apply the treatment when they did the base treatment the beginning of March. I messaged them about it and they put me on the schedule for 4/3. It was going to rain all that day so I asked to be moved to another day. The next available is 5/11, over a month away. I have changed to a company who treats for fleas and ticks in their base service, ensuring our yard gets treated and saving me money. Edit: Thank you Waylon for contacting me about the issues I have had, listening patiently, understanding my frustration, and doing your best to take what I had to say and make the experience of other customers better. You sir deserve 5 stars!

Noticed pest control was only coming bimonthly but Charged me monthly for the bimonthly service... the sales guy told me it was month to month and I could stop service at anytime. I called into their customer service They responded I can have people come out every month at no extra charge but i have to specually request it myself every other month. Their sales team explained I would only be charged when they come out and can stop when it comes to when I don't need service. I can only freeze 1 month at a time is what customer service told me. Then surprise the only option for freezing the service for more than a month is going to be over $200 for the remaining contract to cancel plus they $69 for the month 🙃. Just wanted to inform anyone who wants to sign up, don't trust the sales guys and read the entire contract because they survive off getting your signature or they would be out of a job. Sales guys are there to sell you a dream and the contract is reality. The system is setup for nonpay to incur a 2% late fee on top of your monthly charges that they will not come out and actually do the pest control treatment visit to eventually make it an outrageous # to take you to court and take even more from you for no service provided. 😈

No sorry your service will no longer be needed because you have been out 4 times and nothing works I still have problems with roaches so I have to move on to someone else it’s not worth the the time and patience if the problem isn’t resolved so I will find another pest company to service the problem thank you for your time

We got locked into a contract without being informed clearly. We were under the impression it was a “SMALL LOCAL” business and not some corporate business. Also their home office apparently is in Texas. DO NOT get talked into signing up!! Will be locked into a 12 month contract!! Lastly, we were told we were going to have the same technician every service until they decided to change up who they sent. After like 3 months they decided to bring “the regular technician” back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
