I wish I could put zero stars, this local branch is absolutely unprofessional. We had multiple missed appointments without any contact whatsoever, and I was very nice about it, never had any issues, they just came another time. The last time I had an appointment the employee and myself had a great experience, we talked the whole time! The next appointment came and no one showed. I called the overall CX office and they said they terminated my contract because “I was rude and cursed out an employee”. I wasn’t anything but kind and understanding, even with all their issues. They clearly had too many customers and not enough staff but didn’t want it to look like it was their fault. Never dealt with a company like this, stay away!

Came out for wasp removal. 2 days later, wasp nest still there. They have a “30 day pest free guarantee” after treatment, so I called back for them to come back. Didn’t show up the first day. I called repeatedly to check in, no one was able to do anything to locate the technician. Scheduled another appointment the following day. Same thing, no one showed up. The communication is absurdly poorly, no one can update me on what’s going on or point me to a person who can help. Would not recommend.
I was on Sams Point Wed. One of your dtivers was driving so fast he almost hit the back end of my car when I needed to turn. I missed the drive. No signals. Had someone been next to me he would have hit me. This is a direct representation of your company and the quality of your work. No thank you.

I was a customer of Jones Pest Control, a local company in Beaufort, SC since 2000. When Ehrlich purchased Jones in the mid 2000’s I remained a customer even though speaking with a local knowledgeable person was almost impossible except for Siobhan Olson. I am terribly disappointed & dissatisfied with the communication through your home office. They have made errors upon errors. My termite contract expires 8/26/2023 & I have not yet decided whether or not to go with another 7 years of HELL with your call center.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had 3 missed appts. Our time is valuable too and to wait all morning and no show is just not professional. Look elsewhere for services.

The Exterminator came out and checked our hotel room for bed bugs. They did a report saying that the room was negative for bed bugs. I had the hotel called the Exterminator back out because I had saved one in a glass. The Exterminator saw the pictures that I posted and said they were too blurry and that this could actually be a beetle of some sort and not a bed bug. I told him I had saved one in a glass in the room. He came back with a smear on a coaster claiming that he could not tell what type of bug it was because I must have crushed it. He then began to tell me that as a courtesy he would take care of the extermination but denied that it was actually a bed bug that is pictured. I have very limited experience with bed bugs, but I do know what they look like. This is clearly a bedbug and failure to identify it makes this exterminator worthless

Our HOA contracted Ehrlich to treat our 3 buildings for termites in May of 2019. The work was not completed until June 30, 2019. We were to have been billed monthly for 12 months for that work. We have been harassed for "late payments" since September of 2019, even though we have paid 75% of the TOTAL amount due. This has been an accounting nightmare, and this company has NO CLUE how to fix it. I have capitulated, and will pay off the installment and hope that the "local representative" (who is nonexistent) can perform the service we were promised. DO NOT do business with these people.
I wish I could literally put a 0 for this. I trusted the high ratings from others to use this company. I scheduled my first visit and waited during the time allotted. I was called 5 min prior to end of my scheduled time to be notified that he wasn’t going to make it and when can he come back. I told him that I would call back to schedule because I work and so does my husband. He continually called me and texted me hounding me for another date to come. I had to block this number and call the company to have it reschedule. Meanwhile he came to my house unannounced while my husband was sleeping. (Works night shift) I spoke to supervisors about this matter and was told he would not be assigned again. I called again to schedule another visit and was told between 8-11 today. Again, no show. Not even a phone call this time. I call the office and was told he had some things come up and he was in Georgia and he can make it there by 1pm. This is completely unprofessional and I give up. I called orkin and had better customer service within a 5 minute phone call.
