I rarely write negative reviews, usually giving companies the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with this business has been completely unacceptable. I signed up for regular pest control, which included a "free termite inspection." I already had an existing Sentricon system installed around my home from a previous owner. The technician claimed the bait needed to be replaced soon. Because I was in a financial bind, I explicitly declined the nearly $1,000 service order, which their own system noted as "awaiting customer approval." The technician offered to return in a month just to check the progress, which I agreed to. Instead of a progress check, they went ahead and replaced the bait without my consent while I was out of town, leaving me with that nearly $1,000 bill. When I called to complain about the unauthorized work, customer service blamed a "miscommunication." I requested they simply remove their new bait and restore my old ones, which still had months of use left. They agreed and scheduled a time. Instead of just removing the bait, the technician arrived early and completely dug up and stole the entire Sentricon housing system—property that belonged to my home, which they did not install. This is the equivalent of a mechanic doing an unauthorized engine swap when you went in for an oil change, and when you complain, they tow your car away. I am canceling all services immediately. They have been dishonest, perform unauthorized work, overcharge, and destroyed my existing property when caught on my home security cameras. Avoid them the best that you can.

Natosha goes above and beyond every time. I always appreciate when Spidexx clears any spider webs from the outside of my home and Natosha does this consistently along with the insect service.

Great service except you have no idea when they are coming. If you decide to cancel when your contract is over make sure you are aware of your "invoice date" is because they don't care if you were busy getting emergency services for you and your child and didn't get the full last treatment because you were in an emergency room. While in recovery I missed calling before the "invoice date" they will charge you anyhow with no remorse because they want their money for just being there waiting to pick up the phone.

I had a scheduled service today. The technician was supposed to be here between 2:15-5. So, I had to take time off of work to make sure I was home when the technician got here. I Got a text saying the technician was 10 minutes away. After an hour still wasn’t here. I called the office and the lady said “oh he’s 10 minutes away”. Never showed. This is not the first time that this has happened. Now when I call no one answers. I do not recommend this company. Not only am I paying for an unreliable service, it’s costing me even more money by having to take off of work.
