Kopex Pest Control

I had Kopex come out and service my home this morning. A young man named Hunter was the man that came out to do the service. He was incredibly thorough and so respectful and courteous!! They are the best that I have ever had and I will most certainly continue using them in the future. Thank you, Kopex

Called Saturday and was told someone would get in touch with me by Monday. No one has. I have the agreement every 21 days, my yard will be treated for mosquitos. Today is Aug 22, no one has come out since July 2. They forgot to come out all the month of June. I do not get a notice when they are coming out, the tech just comes whenever they decide to show up. Communication and commitment to service is lacking significantly.

We had a flea issue in our home on a Saturday. I called every single pest control company in the area including the one we use quarterly. None of them were able to help me on a Saturday. The owner of Kopex called me. He came out at 6PM on Saturday without even pausing. He got rid of every flea and diagnosed the problem (squirrels in attic and possible rodents in basement). He got rid of the fleas and then put a plan together to make sure it does not happen again. He saved the day for me as I had guests in form out of town. I highly recommend these guys for your pest control needs. They are professional and over the top helpful. The best company I have dealt with in years.

My expert, Jonathan, did a fantastic job. He was very kind, professional, and knew his craft and got to work brushing the sides of the house to get those pesky nests. Great company all around—brothers that do business right.

Both of these gentleman are professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I have a fire ant anaphylactic allergy and wanted to find a service that could knock out the colonies long term. Their service is top-knotch; the treatment is thorough and lasted much longer than they other options from competitors. I had noticed a fire ant upstairs in our daughters’ playroom and after being referred to them by a landscape supply company, I called and they were out the very next day. Really grateful for the quality of work and peace of mind Kopex provides!

Justin exceeded my expectations during our initial service today. He was able and willing to inspect the entire property including the crawl space and attic. He identified points of potential inside entry and gave me advice on how to remedy. He was also able to identify the type of bugs I had seen inside based off photos and “hard evidence” I saved. He found moisture issues within the crawl space and exterior infestations that the property owner was unaware of. He was patient, polite, explained every step and product used and overall made me feel confident that Kopex could solve my bug issues. I’m as excited as one can be given the circumstances to have them back quarterly.
