Bed Bugs Heat Pros absolutely saved us from what could have been a nightmare! We unknowingly picked up some unwanted hitchhikers after staying in an apartment for just 13 hours. They heat-treated everything in our POD, giving us complete peace of mind before we moved into our new home. They were professional, thorough, and made sure every item was treated properly. I also have to give a shoutout to the gentleman who works with them. They showed up on time, Gave us step by step details on how the process works and detailed printout of prep work we had to do to prepare for the treatment and if we had any questions we could text or call him and he quickly responded. . I visited a friend that had bed bugs. I was terrified that I might’ve gotten them. John and his K9 were able to check my house the same day I called. He went out of his way to make this happen. John was very responsive, went above and beyond the call of duty, and even inspected the caregiver’s homes at no additional charge in order to try and determine the source of our issue.
