I have been using Terminators Pest Control for quite some time now. Their service is timely and professional. We are set up on regularly scheduled visits every quarter and that has been working out pretty good for our needs to ensure that we are keeping all sorts of pests under control.

Rosie is always timely and lets me know his ETA. Always pleasant and friendly to work with.

Excellent small business model…highly customer oriented, knowledgeable, they cover all the bases in pest control. We have recommended them many times to others. It would be a very different market environment if all businesses operated at their level of efficiency.

Would absolutely recommend. After a terrible experience with Terminix, I called these guys and wish I had from the start. Rosie did my inspection and was honest, sociable, knowledgeable, and got right to the point. He didn't try to upsell like Terminix tried, and made it a point that he prioritizes honesty. Great company and great people.

They were very efficient and professional and reassuring. They verified my problem with a text photo and came out soon after to measure the house for an estimate (which they could not do remotely due to unique complications). It did take a couple of weeks to schedule (government consult required) but they were right on time and got the treatment done very quickly and patched everything up good as new.

When they show up for the regularly scheduled quarterly maintenance… even in the snow! Rosie is the best!!! Even brings in the trashcans when you are not home! He is always going the extra mile! Great family run business! We have use them for YEARS! Highly recommend!

Your website clearly says “Free Estimates”, you told me your estimates are NOT free, they cost $95. That was too high for me. That is not deducted from the treatments. I was NOT trying to get the price lowered. I was trying to ask about carpenter ants but you rudely hung up on me. May I remind you of two things; one day you too will be over age 65 and sentences can be jumbled and word of mouth on social media can adversely affect a business. You weren’t trying to understand me. You were blatantly rude. Please don’t treat another person as you did me this morning.
