In all my 30 years homeownership being a single woman I finally felt duped! When I called for an infestation problem the conversation was uncomfortable, instructions weren’t thorough for prep. Needless to say he wanted his money up front on 1st treatment, which I found odd aren’t you coming back? Then he treated what literally took less than 20 mins. He sprayed on top of boxes furniture didn’t even explain that a successful treatment is as good as the preparation. Needless to say the minor infestation was not gone! Thank God my exterminator was back up and running. They made sure I prepped properly, the treatment took hours, he remove electric panels, light switches my guy was thorough unlike these crooks. I hope you enjoyed taking advantage of me during a hardship of COVID. I guess you needed it more than me! I do not recommend!

Very responsive, professional, and reliable! Steve came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He took one look and knew I hate termites. He came back two days later to do the treatment which was quick and efficient and he also sprayed for ants. I definitely recommend!

I was extremely disappointed with this company's responsiveness. They came highly recommended and they stood me up 3 times. The first time I spoke with someone, they said they would come out in a few days. When they didn't, I texted them again on the following Friday. They say they would be out Saturday afternoon, NO SHOW again. They contacted me a week later to say the could come out this past Saturdy. I was going to be away, so we agreed on Tuesday (today) afternoon. It is 8:34 PM and NO SHOW again. Such bad business prctices!

I call for service they came out the next day. I had already encased my mattresses and box springs, when they came they inspected my mattresses and box springs and told me I did a good job. The bed bugs where there dead. They proceeded to spray my house and 2 weeks later got the second treatment. I really appreciate them. They are very friendly.

Since moving in my neighborhood I've had several problems with mice and bug's. The house is completely remodel. The neighbors aren't so clean. I noticed my kids had red spots on they're body's and it looked consistent with bed bugs!! I started looking for signs of them, i found alot on my bed!!! So I started looking for an exterminator. I contact Leonardo Termite & Pest Control. The guys that come out super friendly. I followed all directions to prepare for the extermination. They came, checked and treated. They only found bed bugs in the same place I did my bedroom. They spray the house. A few days after the second treatment my kids still kept getting bites!! I called and they said give it some time they will start dying off. So 3 months after and im still finding bed bugs!!!!! This is soooo frustrating!!! Especially after paying almost $700 for the service!!! I believe is better to cut your losses and throw the furniture out, if u can and just spray and treat yourself, then buy new furniture after properly spraying and booming.

Very friendly and professional! I could not ask for a better first time experience with a pest control company. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose my issues, but they responded promptly and were able to come through the next day. I would highly recommend!
