He performed a thorough inspection, determined the correct course of action, and even returned on a Sunday to perform the treatment. I booked pest control for bed bugs after struggling with bites every night for weeks. The technician inspected mattress seams, bed frame joints, and nearby furniture thoroughly. They used steam and chemical treatment together and asked us to stay out for a few hours. The first night wasn’t perfect, which made me unsure, but after a second visit the issue finally went away. It took time, but the persistence gave results I was hoping for.
