David completed our pest control attic inspection and did an excellent job. He was very polite, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was seeing in the attic and walked me through what he was checking for. I really appreciated how detailed he was—he not only explained the current situation but also pointed out things to watch for in the future and how to address potential issues if they arise. It was clear he cared about making sure I understood everything. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend David.

Update: called customer service NOT HELPFUL. Manager NEVER cared to call despite customer service staff said they will. Zero star. Look elsewhere if you truly want pest control. They expect you to drop your work to stay home and wait for their pest control team on a weekday in the middle of the day with a large time frame.

I booked a service to eliminate inside home rodents, technician only placed baits outside and told me explicitly that they don’t do inside whereas that was precisely my problem. Also, pushed really hard for me to leave a google review which I did and deleted after. I want to cancel my contract

Received a text for an attic inspection. Stefan indicated he didn’t do attic inspections when he showed up. Made the appointment talking to a computer. Wasn’t able to confirm what he was going to do when he showed up.

This place completely ripped us off with products that don’t work, horrific communication (long delays, dogging questions, countless contradictory excuses and more) and ultimately charged us $300+ to just not come back (they call it cancelling the contract, but when your products don’t work and never reply and lie, who’s breaking the contract!). Now we need to monitor our credit card and make sure this terrible organization doesn’t just keep charging us. These people are awful and if we had time would take them to court because if they’re not a fraud (your products don’t work on bugs you assured us they work on?) they’re scandalous. I mean it. I can’t “reply” to their “reply” so will just update my review by adding: no we will not be calling you ever again. We tried countless times to reach you. You were unresponsive and misleading. I’ve never written a poor review like this in my life but you earned it. Goodbye.

I can’t believe I got talked into this by the salesman. The first service was fine and as expected but the follow up and a single warrantee services were performed by staff who clearly did not take their jobs seriously, only onsite each time for 5-10 minutes. No surprise I had wasps at the treatment sites shortly after. Following this the help desk gave me the complete run around for over a month despite me calling multiple times and them promising I would get a call from a manager. I never did, until I left a poor google review. Then the local manager came out and handled it himself. I verbally agreed to continue the contract after that and take down the negative review, which I did. but seems I again fell for a trap because a few weeks later I was sent the bill for contract termination. When I contacted the local manager again he said my particular agreement was outside their warrantee, despite my contract still offering warrantee, and he did not address that I had said I would continue the service. He must not have relayed this back to the company and they must have decided I was too difficult. So now I’m left with the bill and nowhere to go for help. they make it impossible to defend your rights or your side of the contract, making me feel like I’m being difficult. My recommendation? Don’t fall for them. It’s not worth it, even if it did work.

8-2-2025 update. This is another scam pest control company. They are just like every other company around, promising one thing and claiming to be different while trashing the other company’s, but as soon as you sign they are the exact same. When I signed up I explicitly stated the areas I was concerned with, so imagine my surprise when after the first visit I was told I would have to call and ask for those services, huh? I have to ask for y’all to do the inside of my home, the garage, and my back deck? How does that make sense? On top of that, after having someone come out when we weren’t even home, I called and scheduled a new time and stated THEY NEED TO CONTACT me prior to coming, I need to be there to let them inside and to unlock the gate for the back. I had the last confirm this. This is now the third time someone has come out with no warning and done the absolute bare minimum front and claim “couldn’t get to the backyard”, did they ring the doorbell? Did they knock? Nope. But want to charge me 150$? Absolutely not. Let’s add on the fact that not once have we experienced less pests. There are still spiders, wasps, ants etc. I have learned my lesson, anyone going to door to door to sell these sort of services will get a big fat HELL NO. I have a no soliciting sign for a reason. We will take care of pests on our own. All the good reviews are because the service dudes tell you they get a little money if you leave a good review for them. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Wayne was great, very detailed and thorough while also answering any questions I had. Exceptional work and quick response!

I am very unhappy with this company. Do not ever get roped into their "deal" they give you when their sales guy comes around. The guy told me that he services other neighbors in the area, which I now know this is just a deceptive sales tactic to make you feel more comfortable signing up with them since "oh look your neighbor uses our services". (I was reading one review where they did the same thing to the reviewer and so the person went to their neighbor and found out they don't have them as their pest control service, so they lied to try to get the person signed up) They said they are promoting a deal for anyone in the heighborhood who signs up today. It's only good for today and they couldnt guarantee there would be another offer like it. My husband 1st talked to them but I wasn't home so my husband said he would have to talk to me about it.. The sales guy said he would come back later.. he unfortunately did and was aggressively pushing his sale pitch on me.. I was hesitant so they dropped the price more for the 1st time and said I could cancel if I wasn't satisfied. They make you commit to a year of service. They rush you to sign up for their services and have you sign right then on their ipad but you don't get a chance to really read the contract at that time. I should of said no but I stupidly signed up and fully regret it. I did not see much difference when the service guy came by, sometimes I wonder if they even came honestly. There were and still are bugs in my yard.. ants, spiders, fleas ect even though they said the treatment would get rid of those pests. And the kicker, I have even more ants and spiders in my yard than I ever had before since signing up with them. I wanted to cancel but you can't without paying a penalty for canceling their services. Their service costs more than I can afford right now and their service is subpar. I am so glad I never had them do other services because after reading all the other bad reviews they probably would of taken me for a ride on those too. I do not recommend them. Read all the bad reviews and see what others are saying.. And if the sales pitch guy comes around, say no, run and lock your door. I wish I had. Now I'm out all this money for what?!

At the time of sale I had axiom pest control. My home was currently treated. And had no problems. I decided to switch for the same price as other guys because I felt the salesman was genuine. The product did not work. I had them for nearly 3 months. They visited my home 3 times. 2 service 1 warranty. They make you sign an agreement for 1 year. If you are unhappy with the product they still will not work with you on cancellation. When you decide to cancel they will charge you 80% of the Remaining balance. I will never work with moxie again and advise everyone to do the same.

To be completely honest, they suck. I never had issues with ants before when axiom used to service my house.. And the warranty work sucks called them to come out to service my house as I had ants in my new borns crib and they told me it was going to be three weeks before they could come out to Address the issue To me that’s unacceptable so I Fired them and hired axiom back.. They came out to service my house same day Now that is what I called good customer service. Would not recommend them one bit
