Crowing about honesty and a five year guarantee on your website doesn’t make it so. James Brooks is the most fabulous technician ever!! I had several companies out for estimates and he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. He tackled a massive rat infestation in my beloved Portland Craftsman home in SE. He was extremely knowledgeable and fearless about all sorts of pests but especially rats, both Norwegian and roof rats which are rampant here. He was not afraid to explore all the nooks and crannies of crawl spaces and knew intuitively where they would enter and nest.
