Been with ecoshield nearly a year. Nothing they did had any impact on ants, they’re actually worse than ever now. Go find a company that can actually get the job done.

They and Alex always ask how things are going, if I notice any problems, or want something tweaked. I get notices 1-2 days prior, so I am aware they are coming.
Chas presented himself upon arrival in a professional manner and asked if I need any additional work. Once he was done he let me know and we exchanged good byes. He did a good job because I saw him working the entire circumference of the house.

Brandon D did a great job. He was very efficient and thorough, especially when it came to checking the crawl space for rodent activity. He even took a video while down there, then showed me to help explain everything.
Joseph was, again, EXCELLENT! We spoke about what needed to be done and he did it ALL. I sat in the house and he did all of the work. Perfect! THANKS AGAIN JOSEPH!!

Alex is the definition of a true professional.
It's been 10 months. I have no reduction in pests. They do not respond to communications. I have left reviews for each tech that comes noting that their service is not effective. Cancellation requires a written letter so you can pay a $250 cancellation fee. When a company makes it so difficult and painful to cancel, you know it's because they can't rely on good service to keep customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. First they said they would be putting Elden traps under our house, they did not, they had several people come out and say the next guy was going to out the traps under the house until after the third scheduled visit (they said 4 visits on the year contract but somehow that turned into 6 all charged separately) I sent a nasty email which they did not acknowledge and had someone toss a trap at the entrance to the crawlspace. Then when I’d had enough and called to cancel which the sales rep said would be $200 to cancel early they said it was $250. I’d pay any amount to have them never come back.

My ecoshield account is $195 bi monthly. We have more ants than we have ever had after their service. I tried to schedule their ‘touch up’ and was never able to get it scheduled or rescheduled due for long wait times on automated phone prompts. Then after 4 weeks of this, I decided to stop my plan. Which they said will cost $250. I waited 22 minutes on hold for a supervisor and then had to hang up because I had a class to go to. If you have hours of time to waste waiting for their support or millions of dollars this might be a good service for you. I am beyond frustrated and have wasted money and time with them. In plain terms, this service sucks.

Unfortunately, the touch-up was canceled because we were notified that no one would be home that day, and we cannot perform interior service without the property owner present.<br><br>Regarding your agreement, we use a 3-step verification process during sign-up: a verbal review, an emailed copy of the agreement (which was opened multiple times), and a text confirmation where you agreed to the terms and conditions. The early termination fee is valid per those terms. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with!! We paid $7k to clear out a mouse/rat infestation in our crawl space. Not only did they not return to finish the few remaining items they said they would, no one will call me back eventhough the work is supposedly under warranty for 1 year. Guess what we still have in the house??? Mice. It's literally 2 weeks after this big project. Every time I call I have to deal with a call center who acts as a relay to the local office. I cannot ever just speak to the local office. The call center rep cannot schedule anything or answer any questions without putting me on hold to call the local office. It's an absolute waste of time and makes a 10 mins call take 30 mins. Complete disregard for their customer's time. We are locked into a 1 year contract with these jokers for quarterly pest control service but the second we are out of the contract we will be going back to Natura Pest Control - a local company that actually returns phone calls. UPDATE: To the surprise of no one I received a call back the day after I posted my review. After sevetal phone calls with the local general manager they returned and finished the work. We still had mice for many weeks following the service. After setting traps and filling a couple entry points we found, they seem to have left or have been killed. Or they just are living in the walls watching us sleep until such time that they amass a large enough army to off us and take over the house. Either way, I would not call the $7k a good investment. Since the great bank account drain, I have continued to struggle with getting my quarterly services scheduled at a time that works for us. Despite what the sales dude said they will not schedule late in the afternoon appointments and they won't treat if my dogs are in the yard. Also, no weekend appointments. So, in order to get the treatments someone has to take time off work. This company really is awful. 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Proceed with CAUTION. Sales person that knocked on our door assured us we can cancel at any time without penalty. Went to cancel today, and now they are trying to claim we have an early termination fee. Sales and corporate have two conflicting approaches, leaving customers stuck with something they didn't agree to.

Yeah don't trust this place. They way they get business is by sending door to door salesman out who over promise to get you to sign up but hide the fact that you're actually signing up for a 12 or 24 month commitment. Then if you try and cancel they charge you $250. The techs work hard though. But their customer service is overseas getting a hold of someone local is complicated. And when you do know management cares more about the notes they leave on the account then helping you. Or would rather have the people that can help you be making outbound calls even if it means not answering the incoming calls. And if you do care well then they'll find some reason to make sure you don't stick around.

Shame on Ecoshield for the way they treat their customers like cattle. Initially, I was impressed to sign up with a company like theirs who had the owner of the branch doing the legwork going door to door to gain new customers. I signed up with them because they had multiple of my neighbors as clients, and Dallas Eyere, the owner, seemed sincere and honest. I was duped. I had an emergency in which my neighbor began digging an in-ground pool which brought hundreds of rats into my garden. I called Ecoshield expecting to speak with someone in a local office, but instead, my call went to an overseas call center where the receptionist did not understand the gravity of my situation and the soonest she could schedule me was 2 weeks out. Nobody showed up on that date, or on the date of my regularly scheduled service and I was truly appalled. After several calls and finally being connected with someone locally, I explained my disappointment and they offered sincerity and an appointment 2 days later at a discounted rate, as well as sending someone else out to inspect my crawl space for free. When that inspection occured, I was quoted $2400 in repairs to my crawl space and told that there was evidence of rats everywhere, and when I called and emailed the company asking for a detailed estimate as well as the photos taken in my crawl space of this 'infestation', nobody ever responded or provided either. When I got a second opinion from another company who sent a technician into my crawl space, they said there was no evidence of any rat related damage, they saw zero rat poop, nesting, damage to tarping, etc, all they saw was one single mouse footprint. Shame on you Ecoshield, I wonder how many other customers you are duping and providing awful customer service to.

He started at 3:47 which I have on camera that he called and said he found the house. Left at 4:03 not sure what he did in the backyard. Or if he did in 15 minutes. I specifically asked to treat my mailbox and never did the ants are taking over it. If you want to watch my videos I'm happy to provide. I pay good money and expect a good job . The other pest control company i never had any and flees. My mom has you under contract to and has security video too. I will ask her if she is happy. This was not my problem you can't find my address. You have serviced the house 3 times before

Honestly horrible experience. We got signed up to help with a ant problem seemed like a good deal. We started in spring and now its fall and haven't notice any difference. When we call to cancel they argued with us. We finally got it canceled and guess what, 250$ fee. I get it but its just unfortunate we wasted our money for this. I dont recommend this company at all very Unprofessional.

I would never use this company. Their blatant disrespect to no soliciting signs is enough to drive any sane person mad. They hit our neighborhood all the time and have several times read the no soliciting sign then decided to knock on the door or ring the doorbell anyway. We do have an amazing pest control company that we have no desire to switch from and who services many people in our neighborhood but hasn’t once needed to canvas the neighborhood ignoring signs like ours.
