Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Extremely disappointing experience. Terrible!!! I scheduled this service a month in advance and clearly explained that the technician needed to call me before arriving because this is a vacation property and I do not live on-site. Communication was essential. In the weeks leading up to the appointment, and again on the day of the service, I called several times to confirm this request. I was assured that the technician would call one hour before arrival, but that did not happen. This was particularly frustrating because a similar situation occurred in December. While invoices are sent promptly, resolving service concerns does not appear to receive the same level of urgency. I hope management will review this situation and improve communication with customers in the future.

He stepped in dog poop on the lawn, then drug it up all 3 front steps then onto my porch mat. He apologized and shrugged his shoulders. I have a broken right foot! It took me dozens of trips to clean it up. Please equip your crew to clean up after themselves! Your product is great, but this time im rating the care factor. PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU WALK, I DONT HAVE A FENCED YARD.

These guys never do a thorough job. Have to call and add new notes after almost every visit. It’s insane. Nobody reads the notes so it doesn’t matter how many notes get added.

After 3 visits no good results. We hear the rats in our walls we called point pest control.we had to pay 400.00!!!! For nothing! We still have rats nothing has been done to help . NOTHING. We won’t refer anyone we know to this company. Ever.

I watched their guy come to my house on my house camera. He parked in my driveway, put his stuff together and walked around my house. He couldn't do a complete lap around my home due to my fence he parked at. He was back in his truck in less than 4 minutes. That's get his stuff, do two laps around my house (to the fence and return to his truck) and leave in less then four minutes. And we still had bugs afterwards. Once I saw this action for myself, there was no way I was calling back. They're fired.

Didn’t get back to dispatch Friday to approve a time and spent time finding someone else. The gentleman showed up and did dang near nothing except walk around with a duster and came up with excuse after excuse to not do anything. Apparently there is “a major miscommunication with corporate” about what services they can or cannot do and when I spoke with the manager about what had happened he said it’s a good thing we closed your account and good for the employee if he “wants to quit that’s up to him” and they will take me to collections for showing up unapproved and didn’t even have their payment system working. Crap!!!!!! The other company I used had all my problems solved immediately and didn’t go extremely overboard about what couldn’t be done. I’m sorry, your in pest control, some may in fact have to relocate or pass…..

This was the second appointment. After the first, we noticed some new wasp nests (one underneath our picnic table that renders it unusable). The technician came but did knock down any nests and actually didn’t spray in the specific problem areas we explained. I attempted to call the office but have yet to receive a response.

The person that sets up appointments was super amazing when I first met him. Then we had to cancel out appointment due to low funds. No big deal. He just called after 8pm. He wanted to remind me of our appointment and told him nicely that we needed to wait because we were not ready. He pushed the date on us again saying that we already set it back once. He was being super aggressive about it after I told him more than once that we didn’t know when we would set up an appointment. We we’re going to go with your company. It after this I’m not sure.
