The Dog Silencer saved my sanity after years of aggressive dog barking. We have 5 dogs in the front across the street and 4 dogs at the neighbor behind us. I am mysophobic (mysophobia) and I suffer. These dogs bark at anyone, anything. I could not walk out of my back door without them starting up. I bought one for the front and one for the back. I do not walk onto my patio without the remote. Some days they are mostly quiet, but they always need to be reminded at times. The peace I have, I had to work for. I have neighbors flanking me who don't care period. In order to reach all dogs, I use the remote. When they commence barking, I hit my "peacemaker" and count "one-thousand one, one-thousand two, one-thousand three, one-thousand four and 5. If they continue to bark, I repeat, at 5 second intervals until they shut up. You must be patient. If you stick with it, you will get results. Customer service is superior, thanks again Sarah. Once they began to work, I realized how much I had suffered. I am retired and it sucks when people are like this. One thing, I originally purchased one of these years ago and we put it on a pole at the fence line. The neighbor in the back shot it out with a pellet gun. I have learned since that there is plenty of flexibility with this product and the company reps can help you place yours where it functions and is protected!

Got this for my neighbors dogs that bark constantly!! It does not work, waste of money!! Don’t waste your money or time of this.

We were able to pull up your account and see that you are still within the time frame to return the device for a refund. I originally bought my bark control unit in December 2019 with the three year replacement warranty. The unit stopped working recently (probably because of the power adapter since it still worked on battery power). I contacted Good Life and they were very pleasant and provided a replacement unit under warranty with no hassles or trying to claim that the warranty wasn't valid. And then, when UPS lost the original shipment, I contacted them again and they were very prompt in sending a replacement unit. Kudos to their customer service reps and their ability to handle issues promptly.

Just a note to say your device is off the charts success. Within a good 30 minutes after install they started and it started, I could tell they were confused and would stop then start then whine. It's all but gone now but a few residual yaps here and there. We have a neighbor here in our HOA who had the property Before the HOA came to be, so she thinks she isn't bound by the rules. I exhausted every legal option and nothing. Now the first time in over a year there is peace and quiet. Your inventer deserves the Nobel. Thank you all.

Bark Control Pro Is the most irritating apparatus I’ve ever purchased and will be returned. My small dog has become neurotic and the other two are barking excessively with an irritating chip continually going on in the background! This product does not work!

Kathleen, thank you for the review. We were able to find your order and it looks like you have only had this device for a couple of days. Typically it can take up to 3 weeks to start seeing results. However it does sound like your dog is sensitive to the ultrasonic sound, so there is a possibility that the settings are not properly set. The Bark Control Pro is designed to activate when the dogs are barking. If it is activating when there is no barking, the dial to set the sensitivity of the microphone is set too high it will not teach the dogs that their barking is causing that sound. We also noticed that you ordered a second unit from us as well, so please call us for assistance before using anything else on your dog if he is particularly sensitive to sounds. Honestly, this unit was a game changer. Renters moved across the road with 3 dogs that barked non-stop. Negotiations with the owners went nowhere. I called your company and my many questions were well answered. With the guarantee and free shipping, we basically had a no risk deal. Put the unit up on our fence line facing their house and in one day not a single bark has been heard since. It's almost too good to believe but it worked a miracle for us. We had rats. They ate all the grapes and many of the lemons. They got under the house and ate through the flex ductwork. They got into the spa insulation. They were too smart for traps and most poisons didn’t work. We purchased the guardian and move it around to various locations in the yard. Haven’t seen a rat since. We are enjoying grapes and Mayer lemons. Thank you guardian. Highly recommended.

I installed the Dog Silencer Max on a wall facing my neighbor's dog on Friday evening. All the while he was snapping and snarling at me. We could barely step into our garden without this animal constantly barking. The neighbors were not interested in stopping the noise, despite several requests, and other neighbors were also fed up with it. This has been going on for over two years. Whilst looking for a contact number for our local Animal Control department I came across an ad for your product. The moment I plugged it in the dog stopped barking, looked confused and trotted off.

We are so impressed with the level of customer service we received from the Goodlife (Ultimate Bark) company. Before we ordered the unit and then again once it was installed, we had questions about the use and positioning of the unit, given the physical layout of our property. When we contacted Goodlife (Ultimate Bark), Tamara answered all of our questions clearly and thoughtfully. All of our phone messages were returned promptly. After a couple of months of use, we reluctantly concluded that the device wasn't appropriate for our situation due to a set of unique circumstances. During the return process, Tamara was once again very responsive and helpful. We truly wish that the device had worked, but we feel that it was well worth the try, especially because Goodlife stands behind their product completely and provides amazing customer service and support.
