Hayden does an amazing job - very thorough. I have never had an exterminator take the time he takes to make sure he has covered sprayed everywhere, knock down any webs in corners - inside and outside (specifically outside - corners of house and upstairs and downstairs patios). Most exterminators are there for 15 minutes - quick spray and out. I can't recommend Hayden enough.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Hayden and Nemesis. We feel confident our issues have been resolved given the detailed service from Hayden. He was thorough and patient, taking time to show us areas to be mindful of to avoid future issues. He took great care that our animals were safe, easing any concerns. We are happy and satisfied at the level of service from this technician and look forward to working with this company to maintain a safe pest-free household.

Hayden came out today to get rid of a large yellow jacket nest on our property. The appointment was timely after our first call and he came in the morning when the nest was least active. we opted for the full treatment instead of the one time deal. Hayden was great! He explained everything completely and covered the buildings on the property with care. He said to be sure to call if the yellow jackets appear to return to the nest. In the mean time, we look forward to seeing him again on a regular 90 day basis

I contacted Nemesis and spoke to Amber, she was polite, engaging and set up the earliest appointment for my convenience. Hayden arrived on time, was polite and very considerate of our concerns. He performed a thorough inspection of our property, even venturing into our home's crawlspace, to search for any signs of rat incursion. Fortunately, no evidence was found. This is the second time I have requested an inspection from Nemesis. Both times the representative volunteered to perform a thorough inspection, always with a polite smile. I will always contact Nemesis for any exterminating needs.

Nemesis Pest Control swiftly tackled our subterranean termite issue this spring. Prompt inspection, followed by a surprisingly affordable quote, impressed us. Their team efficiently treated our old house. It’s been a couple weeks now and we haven’t seen any sign of the pests! Clean cut, honest, dependable, reasonable pricing, and EXCELLENT customer service. I called on Monday for rats/mice under our house. I spoke with the owner David, who was extremely helpful & eased my mind! Travis came out within 24hrs to complete an assessment & estimate. He thoroughly explained the clearing process & repairs needed. I signed the contract agreement yesterday, and they were out today to get everything started (less than 72hrs after I first called)!! We are highly impressed and can’t recommend Nemesis enough!
