I recently purchased a home and contacted several pest control companies in the area because I wanted an evaluation of the property and guidance on preventing mice (given there was evidence of old activity). One mocked me when I mentioned an evaluation and another hung up on me and said "good luck!" when I told them I did not want to do an annual plan. Ray and Chase were the complete opposite. Ray was very helpful over the phone, and Chase was extremely thorough during the inspection. He walked me through everything he was seeing and explained practical prevention steps. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience working with Ray Burton. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Having unwelcome small mammals rummaging in your home isn’t a good time for anyone. But working with Ray made the experience seamless and easy. He was efficient and communicated his process thoroughly. As a lover of all animals I was concerned about using poisons or inhumane methods but Ray uses only humane methods and that made me feel better about the whole scenario. Probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever had at the house for a problem. Explained everything before and after he was done. I will never have anyone else here for a rodent problem and after Chase was here and sealed everything I don’t think I will ever need one. 5 stars!!

Chase came out to take care of my large, in-ground yellowjacket nest which had grown big enough to be a problem. Normally I'd just let it die normally with winter, but I still have a month or two of decent weather left and want to get my backyard time in! He bravely dusted the nest using a clever hand duster on a pole with a string to operate it. The yellowjackets came out but he knew how far away to be to avoid getting nailed. He watched carefully to ensure that the yellowjackets leaving the nest were covered in dust and those coming in were stirring it up on the entrance. I was impressed by his promptness, professionalism, and personality. Keep up the good work!

We had a wasps nest on the side of our house that was getting out of control. Chase came out and took care of it in a timely manner. He was very friendly and great at explaining what type of nest and how he got rid of it. He even followed up a few days later to make sure they were gone and things were cleaned up. Super friendly and reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend them enough

I love supporting family run businesses, especially those that provide great customer service and fair pricing. I've had Chase treat our house for 3 years now and he is just awesome. He's friendly, communicative, and respectful/thoughtful of our space. Scheduling is also very easy when working with Ray (Chase's father) in that I'm usually able to get booked within the same week if not the week after.

Ray and Chase were easy to work with and very professional. They helped us diagnose our mud dauber problem without having to spray, saving us money. I am very thankful for their expertise!

Burton Pest is our go to pest control for any critter concerns. They’ve helped us with mice in our crawlspace and Yellowjacket nests in our backyard. They provide excellent service and teach you about the critter issue / what to expect. They don’t upsell you and their prices are reasonable. If you’re thinking about reaching out to them, do it!

Great experience working Chase (the son of the father-son duo) to rid our garage of rats! He was incredibly respectful and courteous in our space and thorough in his inspection and plan to address the problem. Chase was very communicative about his plan each step of the way and found a creative and effective solution for sealing a tricky space on our garage door where they were getting in. The price felt very fair and included the repairs he did on our garage door (which turned our great!) and all the visits they made until the rats were completely gone. We have pets too and Chase was very mindful and communicative about making sure they were safe during the whole process. Overall, great work and honest team---I would highly recommend!

Every single one of these reviews are spot on. Ray was amazing on all counts. Efficient, reasonable, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and a good human. We had rats in our crawlspace that did a lot of damage. Not only did he get us squared away quickly by identifying where they were coming from, he also put us in touch with equally good companies to repair the damage once they were gone. We are thankful we called him. Highly recommended!!

We had some mice that were mysteriously coming in. After a very thorough inspection after Christmas, they couldn’t figure out how they got inside the house. But they went outside and closed up any holes that gave them access to the foundation. They set traps in the garage, caught a handful, and the mice were never to be seen again. We got quoted $1k-$4k from other companies and they helped us for only $255! Highly recommend!

I would double the number of stars (i.e. 10 stars) if possible! Burton Pest Control is not only a great company, but the owner, Ray, is such a great person! He is extremely honest, approachable, kind, generous and considerate; on top of his excellent skill and experience in the work he carried out! Our home was infested with mice in the crawlspace which had caused damage to the heat ducts and insulation. Ray had come 3 times to install traps and caught them all; sealed the surrounding foundation; and checked everything possible to make sure there is no space for the animals to enter again! On one occasion when he was going to start the work, the entrance cover to the crawlspace was broken and the crawlspace is not accessible. Ray immediately came up with some trick to remove it and then rebuilt the whole cover for me afterwards. Now the crawlspace is easily accessible from inside the home! Last but not (never) the least: the cost of these highly valuable services is extremely fair! All I can say is that he charged me a little more than half of the charge from another 5-star company I called, and likely to have provided two times better service! Thanks, Ray. I was very glad to have called you for service for the first time; and will surely call you again any time when I need pest control service in the future!

We've used them a couple times at our house when issues arise. Chase and Ray are both very friendly, attentive and give you the info as it is. They're genuine guys who do their job expertly.

We reached out to Burton Pest at noon to check on pricing and availability for removing some wasp nests. The owner, Ray, got back to us within five minutes and said he could be there in about four hours. He arrived right on time and found and removed 14 nests, far more than the three we initially thought we had. Ray's thoroughness and efficiency were remarkable. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend Burton Pest for any pest control needs.
