I was very satisfied with this company until my contract ended and they continued to charge me. It took me 2 months to get them to stop charging me. They then refused to reimburse the 2 additional months they charged me for. What a horrible way to treat a disabled veteran. Don't believe what their sales people tell you. There are more honest companies out there

It sounds like we had some miscommunication regarding our service agreement and how that would be cancelled. After reviewing your account, I see your original contract would have expired in July of this year, but we serviced your home twice under our new service agreement. This is why we were unable to issue a refund. You also mentioned that you had been trying to cancel for two months. I see that we were able to get in contact on September 2nd, and that your account was immediately frozen. We contacted you again on the 16th to let you know we were unable to issue a refund and that your account was closed. You were not charged any additional fees during this time. Called them for what we thought were termites, got told they were carpenter ants over the phone, when they got here we were told they couldn't service either (even though they told us they thought it was carpenter ants and continued to set up the appointment). Effectively we got scammed out of $400. No resolution through support, we're now having to issue a dispute with our bank. I'd give 0 stars it is was an option.

Many promises that never happen. They ALL ask for a good review. High priced cancellation policy that they don’t mention until you sign papers. Tempo works better than them.

Completely unprofessional worker named Carlos claiming to be the “owner” of the company threatened my mother when she called with questions with the guarantee they were offering. Instead of being helpful the “owner” Carlos proceeded to threaten her with “using her signature to do harmful things against her”. I wonder what the actual owners of this company think about their employee threatening their customers…

My experience with Insight Pest Solutions began when one of their salespeople disregarded the "no soliciting" sign on my front door. This breach of basic courtesy and boundaries made me hesitant to engage with them. We were reluctant to sign up, but they offered a guarantee to completely get rid of our persistent ant problem. Unfortunately, over seven months and three visits from their technicians, we still have ants. The salesperson had promised regular communication and appointments, but they never reached out to schedule service. I had to be the one to call them each time. On top of that, I was repeatedly assured a return call that never came. This lack of follow-up and communication was contrary to what we were told by the salesperson. Frustrated with the lack of results, I decided to call in to discuss canceling our subscription. Once again, I was promised a call back but received none. I gave them another 24 hours and tried again. When I called back I finally spoke to a representative who informed me that canceling would incur an additional $350 fee on top of the $294 we had already paid for the ineffective visits. This seemed unreasonable, especially considering Insight Pest Solutions had failed to deliver on their promises. On top of that, they have now informed us that they will send us to collections for the $350 cancellation fee. I find this unacceptable and unethical. I don't believe I should have to pay to cancel a service that did not work as promised. I've already paid for the visits that did not produce the desired results. My experience with Insight Pest Solutions has left me disheartened. I don't want to pay for a service that not only failed to deliver the expected outcomes but also demonstrated a lack of commitment to their promises and professional ethics. It's clear to me that this company lacks integrity and a sincere dedication to customer satisfaction. I would not recommend their services.

Reply to corporate: Call you and tell you my frustrations? I quite literally did that in my review. No I will not call. ***** Salesman came knocking on my door, despite NO SOLICITING sign. Told him no less than THREE times *I am not interested*. Kept talking and giving me a speech about how they are the best, they have unique products, and nobody can compare. I clearly said I have no plans to use your service, but he kept trying to sell me on a subscription. Asked about size of my home, crawl space, bathrooms... AGAIN, I do not plan to use your service, why does this matter? Then he walked onto my lawn several times, inspected the siding, and told me of all the ways ants and bugs can get in. I found it VERY rude he just walked on my lawn without asking. After repeatedly saying I am not interested, he pulled out his tablet and said he can come back later today for an initial consultation and service, am I available? When I say NO I mean that, not keep talking and trying to sell me on a product. I will never do business with this company after this experience. Anybody at the company who reads this, no I am not giving you my name, I am not calling to discuss. If I see one of your sales people on my property again, I tell them to leave once, if they do not, I will call the police and ask for a no trespassing order.

Sales representative (Elijah) solicited even though we had a no soliciting sign. Mentioned they were in the area and pitched me their bug extermination service. After being friendly and discussing the service, I mentioned multiple times that I did not want to be locked into a full year service. They mentioned that it was quarterly and would be able to cancel after a quarter, although they recommend we stay with the service for a full year to make sure all pests are gone. So I said sure, I will try it out for 1 quarter. After calling customer service to make sure the technician was coming out this weekend (05/13/2023), I asked once more about the cancellation policy. They said if I cancelled within one year, that I would be charged $330, as there was a discount on the first service that I would have to pay back. Withholding this information in the sale was very scammy. Learned a lot from this mistake. Please be cautious when working with this company.
