We had a pretty frustrating issue with mice in our garage and attic. The technician was friendly, professional, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable about the situation. He checked several areas around the property and found a few possible entry points. Everything was explained clearly before any treatment was started. The follow-up was also appreciated because we wanted to make sure the problem was actually gone. So far, everything has been great.

I called this company because we discovered wasps building nests around our deck. Ryan arrived the next morning and immediately got to work. He safely removed the nests and treated the surrounding areas. He explained how to prevent future infestations and gave us some helpful maintenance tips. The entire process was quick and stress-free. We were concerned about the “sugar ants” we were seeing here and there, so Ed came to look. He shared a lot of information and was very knowledgeable about their habits. He didn’t see activity that was of immediate concern, so he said it would make sense to wait before he did any spraying. He gave some great advice about what to do in the meantime. Ed was so kind and polite. He took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to pay for something that wasn’t necessary.
