Hi Brent, I am sorry for your experience. I do believe that there is a misunderstanding here however as we cannot put you on autopay without you providing the information for it. We are a small family run company and had multiple techs out sick in November which did cause us to run a little behind on some services. When you called to find out when your service would be, we agreed on a service date of December 10th and sent our Service Manager Daniel out to perform the service. Your invoice was emailed to you the next business day to the email that you had provided us. Several days later you called and again requested your service invoice be re-emailed to you, we resent it two more times per your request and verified your contact information to ensure that we had the correct email. You confirmed the contact information was correct and confirmed that you had received the invoice. Additionally, when a service fee is collected before the service is done, it sits in an account waiting to be either used for a service or refunded to you the customer. At no point does our company just take your money and not provide the purchased service.
