So, here's the deal. About 12 years ago we had Pack Rats at our Powell Butte home. I tried and tried. No luck. We called Terminix in desperation. It took less than a week and the rats were gone. Since then we have used their service. No pest problems now. The treat both inside and outside, keeping bait stations ready and have controlled the yellow jackets and wasps. From time to time, the look for termites. The folks are great, Matt and Pete have been so professional when they show up. Respect for us, our pet and our home. Price is reasonable, and the service is extraordinary. If you have pests, call them. If you don't, call them and keep it that way.

Terminix has provided consistent service for my workplace for several years now. They reach out with advance notice on the dates they'll be around and their technicians are always polite and accommodating.

Terminix has been coming to service the NeighborImpact Food Bank for our integrated pest management protocol. They are very professional, timely and knowledgeable about pest prevention. I would highly recommend their services.

I had hornets in the wall of my house, going through a crack in the brick wall. Terminixsprayed and told me to wait a few days and put expanding foam in the hole. But Hornets came back the next day as bad as ever. Terminix came back, sprayed again and told me to wait Two hours and put in the expanding foam. But when I went to do that, the hornets were as bad as ever. I think to really spray into the crack well, you almost have to do it after dark when there aren’t any hornets around. So I did that myself and then immediately tried the expanding foam. But they ate through that foam and were back. So after dark I cut off the foam, Sprayed into the crack with hornet spray, and then immediately did the expanding foam, and it seems to have worked. There is no extra charge from Terminix since I Paid for the year. They do a good job on everything else. I would never have thought to use the expanding foam after spraying without their help..

UPDATE - Our local Terminix owner called this morning and was amazing. He explained that the Service Technition that came to my house was not on his normal route and had a packed full day that day. Everyone has an "off day" and of course I'll continue supporting this service and our local owners! " The Terminix gentleman was next door at my neighbors when I got home, so I knew he would be on time to service my house next. I opened my garage door so he would know I was home. Within a few minutes he was starting to drive away and I flagged him down. He asked if I needed something and I told him I was his next appointment. He did not realize that. I told him where my bait stations were and went inside my house. Within 10 minutes I looked outside and he was gone? Usually I get a knock on my door when they are done… and am told if there was any activity in my inside or outside stations, etc. Nothing? He seemed like a nice guy, but maybe he was new? It was a little odd?"

Overall, the team is really great. They're very thorough and keep me alerted of everything they're doing around the house, Be it inside or out. However, the most recent tech seemed a little different. Was not aware of what he was doing or that he'd even left and so my garage remained open for about an hour before I finally checked on it. Maybe letting the homeowner know that they're done would be a little bit of a help.

As this is August and I am unable to get an inspection until November, I will not be able to recommend your company or service.

An employee came to the apartment complex I live at and parked in my assigned space. I told him it was assigned and pointed to two free unassigned spaces. He said he would move but sat in the vehicle for about ten minutes. When he got out again without moving I asked him again to move. He then complained I didn’t ask nicely and said he was going to tell my property manager. I think that if I wasn’t a younger woman he wouldn’t have acted like that. I don’t feel safe with someone like that around my house. He also wasn’t wearing a mask.

Dustin at Terminix was rude and unprofessional. When asked why he couldn’t do the job, he used some colorful and condescending language, saying I might have not heard of this thing called Covid happening, and that no one wants to work because they are happier on unemployment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but professionally, all he needed to say was lack of manpower. He laid in on the state of things for a few minutes before I was able to end the conversation. I get that everyone has a lot going on these days, but this was too much. I hope you can find a more professional pest company like I did!

90% of the time they come to your home, they show up unannounced. Also frustrating that they leave traps and don't come back for 3 months to check them as if you're suppose to go under the house and go search all the traps to find dead mice before they start to rot..Dissapointed in the organization of this company.

This year the first spray didn't work! Hopefully the next one will.
