Pointe Pest Control gives great service. The technicians are always friendly and give good information when asked. The technician calls 30 minutes before arriving which is so helpful. This week, we asked for a “touch up” between our regular service times and they came, with no extra charge.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would have been my selection. The sales team and customer service call ladies are great, which made me feel conformable moving forward with the service, but the service itself is mediocre. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

I'm not sure if we had a new guy to our place after many years of the same one, but he didn't come til late afternoon and I was out of town by that time, got home today so I checked out the job done in my home. Let's just say that he didn't do what I specifically asked to be done, which was wipe all the webs off my home and out buildings like my regular guy does. I'm very disappointed. I would like to have my home done over again. I don't have any idea what services we even received since the webs are still very much exactly where they were when I left.
