Tech came hours early and encountered family visiting. He didn't check the garage a mojor concern. Your appointment scheduling process is difficult.

Sage from Alpine Pest Control was very thorough sealing places throughout my home to keep mice from coming in. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how smart mice are about getting into the house. Two of the traps have caught mice already. Now I have to dispose of their fat little bodies. Yuck!

Technician arrived on time, explained what the pest was, sprayed for other pests, and explained any concerns I might have. I will call in the future for further service.

The most recent visit required the young man to unscrew an inspection board to view traps under the house (I didn’t install screws in that board.). The most recent visit resulted in the tech also sealing spaces between the foundation and the house structure. We’re very satisfied by Alpine Pest Control.

Had my initial treatment applied as a new customer in May 2024. Thorough coverage applied in the garage and exterior of my new home as well as one exterior rodent trap. Any additional coverage for needed in the next couple months are included. I anticipate good results and look forward to the future treatments and 5 star reviews this year.

Had some yellow jackets on our deck that needed to be addressed. They answered the phone, scheduled and appointment in a reasonable timeframe and did the job. Only suggestion would be to take more care dragging dripping spray wand through house. Otherwise, happy!

Your technicians (2) were at my home on Friday Feb 24. Three things: (1) after walking through the snow, to my front door, they entered with no regard to the fact that they tracking snow into my house. Your technicians should have and use boot/shoe covers when they enter your customers homes; (2) when your technicians tried to remove my crawl space access door, they did not have the appropriate tool. They had a wonder bar, that was too thick. They needed in thinner tool. It took the 2 of them about 5 minutes to get the door open: (3) They looked through the opening, said they saw a couple of traps with "food", and concluded all (~12) of the traps were undisturbed. I believe one them them should have entered the crawl space and looked at all the traps.
