I did not know they were coming to spray as we were not notified. I did not see them completing work as they did not notify me they were at my home. Very disappointing. I miss Barnes. They were always very professional.

Chris was fantastic! I had Yellow Jacket wasps swarming so severely they were attacking dogs and those walking bye. In one stop, he got rid of them all. No hassles, fair price, definitive work. Strongly recommend.

Barnes used to be great but now it’s been bought out by national and it’s called by another name but when you call this number that’s who you’ll get. They have not shown up for appointments and you can only speak to people in Texas not Bend.

There were some hiccups scheduling extermination services through parent company Senske, but once I was dealing with the local company, Barnes was great! Kris and Sage came out when promised, explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns about not harming beneficial insects (and the cottontail that hangs out in my yard) and treated my groundcover-destroying ant infestation quickly. Would recommend!

They were good when it was actually locally owned and operated. It's now owned and operated by Senske Services a corporate company out of Washington. They have lost all of the original knowledgeable quality techs. The communication gaps between the call center and the local office makes scheduling difficult. There processing is so slow they send late payment notifications for invoices they have had a check for 2 months. They will send techs to do a service even after you have cancelled multiple times and try to charge you.

Kris was very professional and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. He was expedient in delivering our quarterly service. For him as a technician, I’d give 5 stars. I gave 4 here because this service was very difficult to schedule with Senske, the parent company and I was very frustrated with how long it took to get someone to come out. I hope they continue to work on those issues so that the customer experience doesn’t get impacted. I was very close to leaving for your competitor.

He only did half of his job. He checked the bait boxes but did not spray for insects. He also did not call in advance of showing up at our house, which all the other gentleman do.
