Pretty rough experience, they would not come at the time they were scheduled for. They were also incredibly rude over the phone. Their customer service skills need to be improved. Overall terrible experience.

My home was treated 20 years ago. For a modest charge they come every year and inspect. If any new activity is found they retreat for free (I have had one small retreat in 20 years). The tech is awesome and we really enjoy how friendly and outgoing she is! Definitely recommend!!!!

I'm disappointed because he said one thing here then wrote something different on inspection report, saying he was covering his self, of assuming, he didn't use any infrared or deep camera inspection just visual.

Hi Earl, thanks for the feedback and we are sorry for the misunderstanding. We stand by our findings and the evidence that the inspector found. WDI inspections are always done visually in our field, infrared and deep camera inspections are not done for these types of reports. After spending a lot of time on the phone with you, we wish you well, but we are not able to help you any further.

We only have great things to say about Valley Termite & Pest Control. Every experience with them has been great. They are always on time and very professional. They explain everything very well and are extremely nice. They really work with you to find the best option that will help and they never over-sell or try to talk you into things.

THEY MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO HAVE SERVICE DONE, THEY DID NOT SPRAY EVERYWHERE AND LIED SAYING THE PLACE WAS CLUTTERED (IT WASN'T) AND CLOTHING WAS STREWN ALL OVER (IT WASN'T). ALL THIS AGGREVATION WITH VERY POOR SERVICE.

Hello, sorry to hear you weren't happy with this treatment, it was difficult for us as well. Our technicians are trained to safely treat your space with the best products available. Unfortunately, when that space isn't properly prepared for us, and tenants are not cooperative on site, we are not able to do that. We take very seriously the correct application of what the label says for the materials we use and the requirements that our license specifies us to do in order to treat areas properly. After reaching out to you about this today, it seems we agree on both sides that we are not the right fit to continue services. Best of luck to you and we hope you are able to get rid of your pests.
I told them I had bees getting in around skylights in 2 attic rooms, said they may need to get on the roof. They said they might want to bomb, I needed to move and cover my stuff. I did that, it took 3 hours. Exterminator arrived, said bees were coming from the roof, but he would not go out there, as roof was too steep.

We're simply not set up to perform a service that high up and with that slope of roof, and unfortunately that isn't something we can judge over the phone. After checking on your account I see a lot of detailed notes in our system from our office and tech and even some tips on preparation for your treatment. We really wish we could have confirmed your service and had the necessary prep done to take care of your pest problem. Prep work really is essential for us to do our job correctly, and we hope you can understand that. It’s always our preference to work these kinds of things out with you over the phone or email, instead of on a Google review. Have a great day.
We had an appointment scheduled with this company. When they hadn't showed up for 30 minutes we decided to call. I had taken the day off work specifically for Valley to come out and inspect. When we called we were met with "we don't have you scheduled for this morning, let me check". She came back on the line and told us that we were scheduled for the following day. My wife and I were both present when the appointment was made, and it was definitely for this morning. The receptionist was friendly and tried to find an opening, but they were booked. She offered to book us for another day, but I won't be able to get another day off for the foreseeable future. I understand that mistakes happen, I've made them myself! But it did greatly inconvenience us.
Waste of money, won't be using again.

Don’t send your tenants here or they will scare them into thinking it will cost thousands

Hello, we are sorry the pricing wasn't what you expected, and this hurts us to hear. We are a small, family-owned business and we strive at having very good prices and great treatments. With that said, not many of our services even cost thousands. Not sure what was quoted or who received the quote, but we are happy to review the pricing again. We want happy customers and happy tenants of our customers. We are normally very fairly priced and often told we are a fraction of the cost compared to larger big name companies. Hopefully we can find a common ground if given the chance again. Take care!

I would question whether the other reviews are FAKE, maybe written by the staff of Valley Pest Control. We had a terrible experience with this company. We signed up for monthly treatments for an entire year at on of our apartment buildings. First off, customer service is atrocious. Hannah, the woman that schedules the appointments, routinely screwed up the schedule. I had paid employees waiting to escort the technician through various apartments, and the technician didn't even show up. Not even a sorry from this company. Then there was the lack of effective treatments. We paid this company to bait and spray each apartment. They failed to bait the apartments when they came out the first month... So we paid for part of a service we didn't receive. Tami the owner said the first treatment was just to "check out the apartments"... Sounds more like theft to me... Charging a paying customer for a service not performed. So residents started complaining about the treatments not having an effect.. Then they she FAILED TO HONOR THE CONTRACT. Tami agreed that any apartment where the resident wanted a re-treatment could ask for one, which would be done for free (in between monthly sprayings). SHE LIED. Her technician came out an retreated 7 apartments out of 38, and she tried to charge us the full amount. When I disputed this with her, she CURSED AT ME and called the apartments "run-down and ghetto". REALLY PROFESSIONAL to insult low-income housing. She also threatened legal action against me if I left a negative review. Apparently, the truth and free speech don't apply in her world. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE LEAVING A SIMILAR REVIEW WITH THE BBB AND ANGIE'S LIST.
