We help take care of my father’s home and wanted someone to come in, inspect and help us formulate a plan of action when it comes to an occasional mouse and bug issue. Noah was on time, polite, knowledgeable and quick to assure us that “mice” were a common issue and, that we didn’t have a huge issue mouse or bug wise. To take care of what we HAD noticed and what he could confirm (and what could become a larger issue in the future), Noah treated, baited and then helps us with a best path forward

I wouldn't recommend Greenix to anyone. They only did half of the things written on their 20 point Home Inspection report. I wanted yellow jackets removed from an underground nest and one in my attic. They did very little to treat the underground nest and were supposed to return the next day to remove the nest from my attic but they never came. When I called, they informed me that they only did outside service, which was the complete opposite of the kind of service they promised when I signed up

It's almost like a scam. They made sure we were somehow satisfied with the first visit because they were aiming for a five-star comment. Second visit, they did not show up but lied they did (I got cameras). They decided to re-service after giving them a call. Guess what, they came sprayed the backyard only for 1 minute, and left without doing the front yard and inside the house (where the issue was). I tried to call the technician with no response.
