Save yourself the trouble and use a different company. I continued service from the previous homeowners for the termite baiting system. For the first few years of service, they were great and consistent. I would NOT recommend this company if you are wanting to start a new service. The last time someone came to my property to check the bait traps was in March 2023, I paid for service renewal after for 2024, and no one checked or rebated the traps in 2024. I called to have someone come out and check the traps and to reinstate my service and it has been a complete runaround. Technicians have come out to my property two times over the past couple of weeks, but didn't rebait the traps because of the payment issue. I paid for a service that was never rendered in 2024 and consequentially 2025. They initially tried to get me to pay for a complete new install even though the bait traps are still installed, and I already paid for service renewal. When I provided evidence of the payment I retrieved the check number and the date it was cashed by OPC/Ace) with no service they said someone from central offices would give me a call. I have called this place multiple times over several weeks, the offices that handle payments do not call back. I have received no further communication when I was told the latest I would hear back was by the end of last week. So much of my time has been wasted calling this place with resolution. Additionally I tried to set up an online account- I have the same account number as someone in another city and I can log in and see their info! I let the company know and they were able to get me to log into my actual account, but I can still log into this other person's account and I want my info to be removed from the other account.
One year they didn’t come out at all for the annual termite inspection. That was my fault for not catching it. The very next year they didn’t come out and when confronted with that fact they denied it at first then confirmed it. Said they don’t know how that happened. Pass on them!
Guy was personal and professional. Did the deed on the Yellowjacket meet in minutes. They’re gone!
I had insulation added to my attic to help with mice mitigation. The attic access is in my four year old son’s bedroom and I asked the tech how much of a mess the process makes and he said “none unless there is a catastrophic failure”. I was going to move the furniture out of the room but didn’t because of what he said. We smelled a weird smell in his bedroom all afternoon and at night I noticed there was gray particulate on everything in the room and floating in the air. I called and told the company about it the next day and they offered to clean the room three days later but I had already cleaned it. They then said they would get ahold of the tech to get more information. I’ve been waiting for a week and a half and still haven’t heard back on what it was that covered my child’s room. No business should leave a home dirtier than the way they entered it.
If I could give them no stars I would! Rude undependable, they don't return calls. Could care less about being helpful in ANY manner. Still haven't returned any calls to me or my partner. Offer a free complimentary second visit-which would be great except. Every visit requires a SECOND visit. I cannot wait for this contract to be up. Total joke. Save your money and just go buy bait traps off Amazon because it's the SAME grade they use. And get some boric acid for outside it'll make your life so much easier.
Ace/OPC...at first customer service was amazing. Then I was being billed for quarterly services without any proof of them coming out. I told them I had video footage from the service time-frame showing they were not present. I requested to cancel the service because i was told i would be able to if i was not satisfied with the service. I was then told I would have to pay for the other half the year. Still waiting for a call from a sales manager.

Had multiple problems, scheduled every other week and came out the first time perfectly fine. Then they didn't show the second time but came out the next week instead. Never showed for the third time. When called they said they'd call us back with info (we called within the time they'd show to make sure they were coming) Never called us back. We called another two times with the same exact issue. Never showed and never called back. Wanted to note our exterminator was very friendly and nice and got the job done fast but it kind of sucks when you're trying to get rid of a major infestation in the house you're living in quickly when the company keeps delaying the extermination.
Took care of my hornets nest without any problems! I didn’t have to be on site for the service. Great job!

Rodney does a great job every time he comes out. He’s quick to respond to my texts as well. We’ve had a few issues in between our appts and he’s come out and taken care of them right away. Highly recommend this company.

I paid my bill for my annual termite inspection 10 weeks ago. I have called 5 times since then to schedule the inspection, and just now got a call back after I threatened to cancel the check and find another company.
A friend referred Ace to us, and they replied quickly to my message. Jeff was wonderful on the phone with information & when he came out to inspect our home, he was kind, professional, and respectful. We had a technician come out the next day and treat our home. She was also very professional, kind & efficient. Thank you

SCAMMERS. Where to start? First, we were told upon initial consultation that their services would not result in anything that could cause harm to our toddler or cat. Soon after, I found one poisoned/dead mouse in my daughter’s closet and another being used as a play thing with my cat. Later, after our year agreement ended, I emailed to cancel. They came out anyway a week later, without calling to confirm beforehand, then billed me. Then they claim they came out AGAIN in winter, again with no prior communication, on a day our entire family was home for winter break - no one saw them and there’s no proof on our Ring camera. They billed, AGAIN. I’ve told them several times that I’ve canceled and they should not return and that I’m not paying for “services” given after I canceled and ESPECIALLY when there’s no proof they ever even showed up. They continue to email and text bills while ignoring any communication regarding my cancelation.
Mark our technician is always very professional. He is always here when he says he is going to be. Great person.

ACe was so welcoming and pleasing when I first spoke to them about ridding my home of mice. I had service for about a year, and during that period I found what I and my service person thought to be where the mice were entering my basement. The service person did not offer to seal the point of entry. 8 called the company and asked if service technicians did that. They said service technicians will seal up the holes if they could get to them. I, a 5’2” person.could get to the point of entry so i wasn’t sure why the fellow who serviced my house wouldn’t. What he did was put rodent poison and traps throughout my house. I specially told him not to use glue traps. I wanted the mice gone but not tortured! He used them anyway. At that point, I cancelled my service…March of this year but no one told the service technician. I told him when he showed up at my house. I was charged for that day. So I called again and spoke to Daryl and told him I had cancelled in March but was still getting a charge. He said there was no record that I had cancelled in March. My fault that I couldn’t remember the fellow I spoke to. So I canceled again but told Daryl that ACE owed me a credit of $77 for a service..that I’m not even certain I got….after I had terminated service. I, of course, am not going to get a refund. He had excuses. The bottom line is….it’s hard to terminate a service with them! AND….I STILL have mice!!
We really enjoyed Jeff and he always provided quality service when we had problems in between our quarterly sprays. We did not appreciate some of the comments by one of the ladies who handled our account and appointments however. She was rude and ultimately we chose to move our business elsewhere because of some of the remarks she made. Update: When I initially made this post with a dissatisfied comment, I received a call from the owner and he was quick to attempt to remedy the situation offering some free services. I was contemplating returning to services today as our current service hasn't been as responsive as Jeff was when he was helping us. I noticed that the company replied to my review by putting words in my mouth that I did not say. My specific issue was that when I asked to move our service out a month due to financial hardship, the account/scheduling lady explained the importance of following a schedule for quarterly appointments. I expressed that we completely understood that and that I understood that not keeping up with appointments regularly could cause for more pest issues in between services. I told her that I was a teacher and we just had twins in April (2020) and we just needed to push our service forward a month until receiving my compensation once school began again. She rebutted with she had a family member who was a teacher and that it was just managing finances because she knows we get paid for the summer. She was not empathetic as the company's comment on my initial review stated. She was rude and disrespectful, making comments about someone's personal finanaces she should never make. I never said she was trying to teach me a lesson, because that didn't seem to be the intent in her words either. I went through other reviews to see if the company said the same things about other dissatisfied customers and they did. I don't know the full stories on these, but the company seems really invested in making the negative companies mostly the customer's fault based on looking at negative review responses.

We did our best to work with Courtney including giving her three no-charge services. The person she spoke with in our office was sharing a story about her own issues which were similar to what Courtney was also experiencing. Unfortunately, Courtney thought our customer service person was trying to "teach a lesson", instead of being empathetic. We certainly apologize for any misunderstanding.
Attempted to charge me for the previous homeowner’s unpaid bill, 1.5 years into my using ACE’s service. When asked why this was suddenly occurring and why I was responsible for someone else’s unpaid bill, Melissa said she could not explain and had zero interest in rectifying the situation. Would not recommend; poor/rude customer service for overpriced and average service is what you’ll be getting.
We had Ace out to rid our new house of mice and after the initial payment and three weeks of visits all that happened was they ended up trapping the mice in the home by plugging every exterior and interior hole with steel wool. Nothing seemed to make sense to me. The traps and bait boxes didn't seem to be effective partly in my mind because they trapped the mice in the walls by plugging every exterior and interior entry way the mice were using. I would not recommend them to anyone and wont be using their services again. When I contacted them to explain that I was not satisfied and felt as if I should be credited for no results they explained to me that this was their protocol that would yield the best results in their years of experience. I am not an expert but I do know if you put a mouse in a glass jar it's not going to be able to get out for you to catch it.

We’re sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with us, Chris. Our team is highly trained and has had the experience they need to perform excellent service to all of our customers. The “steel wool” you are referring to is actually a product called Xcluder which never rusts and rodents cannot chew through it. Exclusion is always the recommendation when it comes to rodent control. If we cannot specifically determine where the mice are entering the home, we close up potential entryways. We also put out plenty of baited mouse traps to capture any mice that continue to come inside the living space. In this instance, we also installed bait boxes around the exterior of the house to entice rodents to feed on our bait rather than come inside. We were willing to provide service until you were satisfied, however you chose to end our service. We appreciate your business.
