The Moleman, aka Tom Schmidt, is the best. Very professional. Very learned. Very thorough. Very timely. Very honest. Very effective. He willingly makes emergency house calls. I found out about him through the recommendations of several trusted landscapers. Moles were destroying our yard. Tom and his associates got rid of the moles. The Moleman team takes great pains to patrol the yard with every visit. The team members work quietly and efficiently. You never know they're there. But, the moles do.

Mr. Thompson is not a customer of ours. I don't know who he is referring to but maybe he could take the time to see who he made a check out to or hired. The moleman is trademarked in Ohio. Doesn't keep dishonest people from misleading. We've never had a complaint with BBB in 38 years. We don't put traps in without follow up. Never! Tom Schmidt

Would never recommend this guy! Tom was very rude. His answer to mole removal is for him to lecture about mole habits, and not remove. He simply said to read his website. He didn't even come to my house to evaluate my mole problem, but told me I didn't need it. Then mid sentence he cut me off and hung up the phone. Extremely poor business ethics. Again, he NEVER came to look at my mole problem/infestation, but said in his post he was trying to save me money. Guess he meant to say that before hanging up on me. I wanted my moles removed, end of story.

I was just trying to save the lady some money that she didn't need to spend. Mole problems in the area that she lives will solve themselves since cicada emergence in late May. Some people just won't take good advice. There are plenty of other businesses that will gladly take her money for something that doesn't need to be done. Getting reliable information about moles is the first thing anyone should do before they go off the deep end with what they think is a major problem.
