Maybe let other workers know your spraying while we are working and due better not to get mist of whatever ur spraying on my tools

We will require staff to announce spraying and take extra precautions, including repositioning work and using barriers to prevent any mist from landing on tools. We will also review our procedures and retrain the team to prevent a repeat. If any of your tools were contaminated or damaged we will inspect them and arrange cleaning or compensation; please contact the shop so we can make it right.

We bought an exotic wood dresser during our travels. Unfortunately it came with wood eating worms. Surething was able to exterminate the piece along with pick up and delivery service. They also do a fantastic job at keeping the outside animals and insects from entering our house.

We called first thing this morning because we found a yellow jacket nest next to our hvac fresh air vent. They were coming into our living area via the laundry room. Ken showed up a few hours later and sprayed the entry to their nest. He gave a clear explanation of what to expect over the next 24 hours and what to continue to look for over the next week or 2. There's alot of contractors that don't live up to the hype...Sure Thing Pest Control is not one of them. We use the quarterly service to keep pests and insects away. We rarely see bugs inside, and when we do see them inside or outside, they're usually dead... I assume they encountered the bug control barrier. 🤣 We have a lot of woods, water, and trees around our home. These guys are Johnny on the spot if anything out of the ordinary comes up, like the recent yellow jacket nest and last year's ant infestation in our hot tub cabinet. Grateful to have them as a partner.

I’m. Upset at your prices & your performance. To walk along & rebate 6 mouse stations & treat the approximate area where the bees were entering my house doesn’t merit a $203 bill. What really upset me was when Brian said he didn’t climb ladders which was required to get to the area that the yellow jackets were coming in. I just hope that it took care of the problem, but if not, you’re coming back.

Some technicians do not climb ladders for safety reasons, and we should have advised you of that up front; we can send a technician who will safely access higher entry points if needed. Sure Thing responded promptly and removed a wasp nest in a gate. Great service. Our technician is excellent. We use them on a quarterly basis and have for many years. If there is a problem in addition to the quarterly service, they quickly do what is necessary at no additional charge.
