Stay far away from these guy's.. If i could give 0 I would. I live in a apartment complex in Indiana that uses these guys. They're rude, nasty, and weird. I guess the complex gives them a key and they just walk in. I was standing in my bathroom naked getting in the shower as my 14yr old was getting out. This man walked right in. I yelled I'm naked and so is my daughter and he still told me he was coming in. With the door open I had to run down the hall naked and literally close it on him. I got dressed and went outside along with my husband who just had a stroke. This man not only left 2 doors open he lost keys and tried to accuse my husband of stealing them because he's black.. his words. When he said "so are you going to give me my keys back" and us telling him "you should go check the doors you left open and see if you left them in there " he goes back into the unit and found them on the 3rd floor. We live on the 2nd. I've been here 3 year's and I've never been in the 3rd floor. He finds the keys and comes walking down the stairs and proceeds to tell us "by the way I'm not racist".. no one ever said you were so why would you state that? I recorded some of the conversation but I want something done!! I pay rent, this is my apartment and has been for 3 year's. We've had issue's with this company for awhile. They had a couple that would bring their child and she was allowed to carry keys, paperwork, was aloud into apartments and chemicals. They don't even spray the edges. They leave big spots and consider that spraying. Mind you I've been here 3 years same company and we're still infested with need bugs and roaches. My raid work way better! Select Pest Control has been amazing. From the first call with Gerald, taking time to talk to us and listen to our issue as well as assuring us they could get the job done made us feel comfortable and confident in their company. Dalton came out and was very friendly and informative. He talked me through everything he did which made me feel we made the right choice in choosing them. I highly recommend!

I would recommend Select Pest Control to everyone. The company was referred to me by the VP of sales at Sibcy Cline Realtors. The company quickly responded to my call. Everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I now have a pest control company I can call for any further needs.

Well, they were the only service to respond, come, listen to my craziness, etc. They were kind, considerate, seemed to want to help me in any way. They will return again, check things out. It was the holidays so, I was happy. Now, I can sleep after three days awake. Will let you know if anything changes. Bobby was very helpful and would recommend him any time, to anyone. I might add I HATE HATE HATE MICE. MY BLOOD PRESSURE CAN NOW RETURN TO NORMAL. THANK YOU Bobby and the helper who came .along too.

We're a quarterly customer and have used them twice. I've had nothing but good experiences my first two times. They are always available for quick service if we need it. They're also consultative. We had mice show up and my wife flipped out and they were able to come out the same day to do our quarterly bug spray and help set up glue traps etc. They helped me understand where the mice were coming through and areas to close up and look for. Also very friendly. I worked with Joe who's been there 10 years.
