Update-one of the co-owners contacted me about the error with the billing and is trying to fix it. I still hold to my statement that my original communication with one of the employees was a negative experience. Also, a component of good communication is respecting when somebody tells you it is not a good time to talk. I had a negative experience with this company. Communication was difficult for starters. The gentleman who helped me get signed up for a prepaid promotional program did not remember any of my details about my availability or yard after we had emailed and spoken on the phone when it came time to schedule him to come out to see my yard. When we discussed my yard, I would reiterate what he said about my grass to confirm recommendations In turn, he would say that what I said was incorrect and then repeat exactly what I had literally just stated, which was very confusing. I was also told my yard was too disastrous to use their services (With his second and third opinion, I have been told otherwise). When I canceled the service I was told I would be getting a credit For the prepaid services I never received within 7-10 business days. I’ve still not received my credit almost 2 weeks later and I’m being told now that the charge is not being refunded but reversed and that will take additional time to be credited--this is after I had to take the initiative to reach out to inquire about why my fees had not been reversed. I do not recommend this company.
