I give Pete Anderson the manager of Pest All my highest rating! He is an honest businessman. He identified my insect issue as flying ants and not termites saving me money. Honesty like that is rare today. If you want to deal with a good business then call Pete!

Called as a potential customer. The office was too busy to take my call. Manager/tech told me to call back in 20min. NO THANKS - too many other companies out there to be pushed off.

We are sorry about the unpleasant phone experience you had with Pest-All. The timing of your call was unfortunate, in that the 3 office employees trained to answer the phone were already occupied. A field technician in the office doing paperwork tried to help out, but clearly did not meet your expectations by asking you call us back to have your questions answered. We will learn from this example and make sure all employees, even field technicians, are better trained at answering phones in the future. We would love another opportunity if you ever have bug problems in the future.
