Their technicians must not be capable individuals. They arrived and helped themselves into my side gate...did not knock on my front door. I did not hire this company. Did not have an appointment. My house # is clearly identifiable on my front door. Their work order was for the address next door...for my neighbors whom also has their house # clearly displayed. If you can't even do the minimum...getting to the correct job location...you probably don't need to be in business. Teach your technicians to read and knock on the door prior to trespassing someone's property!!! Disgraceful

I love the outdoors but I have always had to burn a mosquito lantern or cover myself (sometimes more than once) in mosquito spray or I would be covered in bites. Chiggers and mosquitos attack me. Last summer I was planting a tree and ended up with 10+ chigger and mosquito bites on my legs. That was my tipping point...I had enough and decided to call Mosquito Joe! My experience with them has been nothing but wonderful! They are extremely responsive with emails, texts and phone calls. The ladies who answer the phones listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and helped figure out a treatment plan. I realized this spring, as I'm planting flowers and walking my property, that I CAN LIVE OUTSIDE AGAIN!!! It is truly a wonderful feeling that I can enjoy sitting outside with out Citronella or a mosquito lantern or spray and I'm not getting eaten alive. Thank you Mosquito Joe!! I wish I called you sooner!

We were not able to be outside without getting multiple mosquito bites, ever since we've hired Mosquito Joe we have been able to be outside again, it's worth every penny.

We recently started with Mosquito Joe and have really enjoyed our 2 acres with a creek.The mosquitoes 🦟 and chiggers were relentless. We can't tell you how much easier it's been working and playing outside again. We have friends camping in the backyard and we're impressed with the absence of all the tweeters bugging them. Finally cancelled service after years because of inconsistent treatment and disorganized front office. Never saw an improvement in bug bites. Technicians never followed the notes to treat areas we were having problems, often spending only 10 minutes (sometimes without even wearing PPE) to treat average-sized front and back yard. Often I had to call back and report that treatment was not effective. I also paid for seasons upfront and still got charged monthly - I had to email the office to get them to refund me. I was tired of paying $800 annually with minimal results. When I called to cancel the subscription, they tried to get me to stay while I explained my decision over and over. Then months later, I get a text saying a technician was on the way. I called yet again - I was very clear in terminating Mosquito Joe but they claimed they had no record. Super frustrating as a consumer - Mosquito Joe was not effective at treatment, overcharged me until I brought it to their attention, and nearly refused to let me cancel.

My grandmother uses their services even thought she can't get on a computer doesn't know how to do a review and I'm here to say their Technician jacob has been very helpful and professional 10/10Highly recommended.

I called for a ONE TIME spray 4 weeks ago , they came out and sprayed . All was fine. I was Very clear that i only needed a one time spray at this time and even told the lady i would reach out mid july once we were back from our trips to schedule our next service !! To my surprise & without my authorization they returned 2 days ago to spray again. When the man arrived I immediately called to inform them I never scheduled or authorized this service. The man stopped and left. I then received a charge on my card for the full service in which I NEVER REQUESTED! Needless to say I'm not happy with them essentially steeling from me or the way they handled a situation in which they were very much in the wrong.

When I needed a treatment immediately, I found myself struggling to find a company that could accommodate my urgency and offer a fair price. I wasn't interested in subscription services, as I'm currently selling my property. Thankfully, a friend recommended this company, and they exceeded my expectations. They sent someone over the same day, and the treatment was effective and reasonably priced. The employee who came was professional and explained the treatment process in detail. All of the employees I interacted with at this company were a delight.

Those pesky mosquitoes have always been a large issue at my house. Couldn't even go outside in my backyard without getting at least a couple bites. I had Mosquito Joe come treat my yard and by the second spray, my mosquito issues were basically gone. I could tell that the technician really put care into treating our yard. Being able to go outside without getting bit is a price I am always willing to pay. Highly recommend!!!
