We have used them for years and have had excellent service every time. We will continue using them.

Been using them for a couple years now and no complaints whatsoever. Felix is the best and is always on time. Communication couldn’t be any better as he reaches out and schedules the week of, on our quarterly sprays. Very trustworthy gets the work done promptly. That man deserves a raise! Haha

I have been a customer for a long time . the service has dwindled by measured amounts. and was told they would return to correct the issue and never heard from them again.

9/13/24 requested removal of my hornets nest & neighbor yellow jackets. Service to remove hornets nest went well. Next door neighbor w 5 small children have yellow jacket issue impacting children safety and my home & I offered to pay for the service because of the expense. Arab said could do neighbor next day (Saturday 14th). No show on Saturday. When i reached out, tech said he wasnt able to talk to office so it will be next week. Neighbor even left voicemail w Arab office allowing me & tech to perform work. As of this date 10/11/24 it has been nearly a month and I reached out 5 or 6 times to get the work done and now the weather has changed. Never once was I contacted about getting the 2nd half (& MUCH more expensive) part of my work done. Worse, I told my new neighbors I would take care of this safety issue for them and look like a fool because I was ghosted by Arab. The situation is VERY awkward.

Very friendly and efficient! Our tech arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He was very thorough in his applying of the chemicals needed to get rid of our ants. We have used them at our old house, and now our new house and would use them again!

All of the experts I've worked with have been very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Seldom answer the phone. Do not return calls in a timely manner. Technicians have been friendly while here. But treatments have been ineffective so far this year.

Terrible racist people one technician was so racist and then when he left I overheard him talk about how dirty the house was with another guy. Disgusted won’t be using them again.

We did not have to use them. Showed up on time, looked at the bug I had in a jar, and told me immediately “flying ants. That’s not a termite.“ Took time to walk me through all the possibilities of bug infestation, various treatments, what would be best in the future for this building. Very thorough. Took a good 20 minutes to talk about various aspects of various pest treatment. If I ever need anything I will use them. It’s surprising and refreshing to find an honest company in this day and age.

Very helpful but prices are a little bit higher than some others on special pest control and they don't offer certain services that you actually need for pest control
