I had a bunch of carpenter ants in my front lawn. Thousands! I was so scared it was termites. I called ALS and the gentleman answered and was reassuring and came over the same day! He took care of the front and around the whole house. Sprayed inside too and now I am set for Spring. He even did a follow up call to be sure the problem was handled. Highly recommended local man!

The man that came was nice. Although, this place was very unprofessional when it came to workmanship. I never received a copy of the receipt he said he would email me. He said he would come back out to check the traps he left openly in my home (yes, I have children) and he never did or responded to me again. I had to have someone else come out and correct his work. I wouldn't recommend or use this place if I had to again. I forgot to take a pic of the metal trap he left against the wall where my children play before I threw it away.

The gentlemen apologized for being late (my reason for the four star rating), another job team over. He started working right away on my home. The process didn't take long (I had a general extermination done).
