I was less than satisfied with one element of my home inspection, but Eric immediately reached out and was able to respond to some of my concerns. The team was really approachable even though we had a disagreement.

I had a disappointing experience with Unity Property and Pest today. The technician arrived 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. Additionally, they did not explain the procedures very well, leaving us uncertain about what was being done and whether the treatment was actually warranted. Clear communication and punctuality are important, and unfortunately, this service fell short on both counts. Update:8/16/24 been having carpenter ants back the last few weeks. Not sure how long spray was supposed to last but it seemed to work for about 2 months for us.
