Ladies were very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my needs.

The owner Brad just finished up spraying my house for bugs, and he was phenomenal. He didn't try and upsell me on anything unnecessary while simultaneously telling me the easiest ways to prevent any future problems on my own and teaching me more about the pests themsevles. He was fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, on time, and a really nice guy. Not to mention while he sprayed we were casually conversing and he helped me troubleshoot some of my unrelated problems ( having to do with AC vents). I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my needs going forward.

Super shady and will say you have a problem when really you don’t. Would never use them in 1 million years

Being in the maintenance/ apt Mgmt field for over 20 years? This local Akron company is excellent at giving honest options, is attentive to the chemical application inside tenants apartments if so needed ( they won't put a chem that is designed for outdoor - heavy odors /etc), Have given me excellent advice in like bee removal without pissing the bees off and creating a hazard for me or the people in an apartment setting, and are reasonable and thorough in solving whatever issue.. I've learned a lot , and always seem to do every time I buy from the office ( products ) or have them solving a building issue that requires their knowledge in how whatever lives, breeds, it's cycles, the plan of action in applying their suggestion, and they are great with their scheduling - which tenants like because the more notice/etc? Helps them prepare if needed if something needs moved prior / etc. - and our " entry notices" are correct for the times scheduled Thanks to all the staff - Office and field guys - for your professionalism , and highly recommend you give a local company your pest $$, and not some national franchise who is only about the $$

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products

I found evidence of mice in my basement and called the Friday before Labor Day, not expecting to ge tin soon with the holiday. To my surprise, they were able to set an appointment on the Tuesday after Labor Day, which was great! My technician Brad showed up on time and was extremely pleasant, letting me follow him around and ask questions about what to look for in the future, and many more questions. He was so nice and gave me full answers and showed me everything he found. He also explained fully the traps being used and the follow up needed. Thank you so much for the great service!!

Took care of swarm of yellowjackets in front of my home!!

I had them come in to deal with a yellow jacket nest. I won't know for sure until maybe 2 days from now if ALL of them died, but the tech was quite confident that he put enough powder down the holes to get them. Brad was a very nice guy who knew his stuff and was quite willing to explain what he did and what to look out for over the next 48-72 hours. Price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend them.

A Best is a awesome exterminatot. They answers all my questions. The gentlemen who come out they know what to do. I had a mouse problem they have done a awesome getting rid of them. John and Nick are the best. I highly recommend them. U won't be sorry

The people there or were at your service and to the point

Came in, looked around a tiny little bit gave and quoted for termite treatment. Got a second inspection. We found out there is absolutely no signs of termites it's water damage and the bugs seen we're ants and ant larvae. These guys are ripping people off and don't care.

I will not recommend. Inspection sloppy. Had to ask them to check other rooms other than one infested room.Uninformative on procedure of re infestation control.Expensive for less than average service.

So I paid 60.00dllrs for a inspection, the agent or expert said it was mice, even after I showed him how my chair was ripped and shredded in back he then said he didn't know What it was, but finally said mice,so he set out bait stations for mice, well 16days and things are worst, and more major damage points to it being a rat, so I take my destroyed backpack to abest and ask the same technician is it mouse or rat, again he says he doesn't know, but looks at a plastic container that had a 4 inch hole chewed out and he says it must be a rat, instead of setting up a appointment to re bait for a rat he has me purchase 3 rat traps and says if they put the traps out it's not a guarantee, oh and rats don't really eat poison out a rat bait station, so they may know insects,but have no knowledge on rodents, if I could give 0 stars I would.
