ROGER came to our home due to an issue we were having and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions that we had. He checked and treated every inch of our property and also found the reason behind our issue. We have had no problems so far since he's left. We are extremely happy with his service as well as the price and will strongly recommend Akron Pest Control to friends and family who may be in need of services.

We just had Randy out for our first appointment, and I could not be more impressed! He was so knowledgeable and informative, and he really took the time to explain how the services provided would work as well as give us ideas on how to better manage what creatures are getting into our house. Assuming that he is indicative of the quality of the entire company, I believe that we are going to be using their services for a long time.

FORTY DAYS into a roach infestation and 2 visits from Akron Pest Control later, it is still going strong. In fact, it got far worse after the first visit and only continued to get worse from there. We're staying vigilant and not giving them anything to eat in our home, but that doesn't mean anything given their completely ineffectual methods. Zero help.

Roger gave a very thorough inspection for where the mice were getting inside and offered helpful suggestions. He was prompt , courteous, and knowledgeable.

Ryan came out to inspect a yellowjacket issue that I was having and he was able to both locate the nest and spray-kill it. I appreciate that he thoroughly explained the steps of everything he was doing.

This team of people, specifically Ryan, has been extremely awesome to work with. From their office staff to the guys in the field, professional and courteous. I’ve been utilizing their services for years… and wish they still handled the bigger critters… skunks, ground hogs, etc…. But I won’t go to any other company for the other pesky rodent control. Thanks.. you guys are awesome!!

Randy suited up and took care of a wasp colony in the middle of the rain!

We had a huge hornets nest in our tree, as well as some wasps nests around the property. I called and they were able to send someone out the next day. Cale was exactly on time and very friendly. He took care of everything that we asked and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed!
