Tim is amazing
Bug Bounty Hunters LLC is the real deal—reliable, professional, and effective. I previously hired another company twice to remove bees, and both times they failed to solve the problem. Bug Bounty Hunters got it done right. My service is now complete, and from here on out, they’re the only company I’ll trust to get the job done.
Same day service and explained everything they were doing. And their price was way less than I thought I was going to have to pay to get day-of service on a wasp problem. They absolutely have my business and my recommendation when friends ask if I know an exterminator.
Very professional. Came out same day and even came back out to make sure bee’s were gone. Definitely would use him again and refer him to friends and family
Great service from Tim! Came out and treated our yellow jacket nest the day we called.
I had been fighting with a large nest of yellow jackets for about three weeks, YouTubing every possible solution. They had made a nest in my garage wall under electrical box, and eventually chewed through into my garage. I called Tim on a Sunday and he came within an hour. I could tell Tim was busy but he still took the time to talk to me and explain abit about himself and what was going to be done about my pests. Tim told me to give it 24-48 hours and the next day my yellow jackets invaders had been dispatched. If you’re like me and you’re trying to handle a nest situation and losing, I highly recommend calling this company.
I never leave reviews, but my experience with them was so great I feel inclined to do so. First of all, Tim came out on a Sunday, two hours after alerting him to my yellow jacket infestation. I was freaking out, as an army of bees in the bedroom was not how I expected to spend my weekend. Tim was professional, punctual and went above and beyond. I am happy to say that 24 hrs later, I have not seen anymore bees. THANK YOU BUG BOUNTY HUNTERS!!!!!!

Danielle, you're amazing to say the least, this means the world to me, I'm so glad we were able to get you back to a "Safe Place"
I have never done business with a company that expects payment in full before they actually perform the treatment. I refused to give him over $100 up front before he treated the area for wasps- but offered to pay half upfront, and then the other half after the treatment was complete, and he still decided to leave. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

No Arielle, the issue was that i didn't trust the situation it appeared that you were about to try and run a "SCAM" you know that im a legit business with license and insurance. You even made mention that i treated your father's house for bugs! It's obvious and clear to me that you are a "Scam Artist " looks like I dodged a bullet!!
I had a hornets nest up by my eave. It was getting bigger and bigger by the day. I called and Timothy gave me a time that he would arrived and he arrived right at that time. Very nice and efficient. Got the job done. Very reasonably priced also. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.
I had a huge wasp nest in my attic. I called Tim at Bug Bounty Hunters. Tim was at my home in one hour! 30 minutes later, my huge problem was gone! I give Tim an A+!! I will call Tim for all my pest needs!

Much appreciation to the Williams family, I'm just glad I was able to help in a crucial time for you guys
A very rude person. Not sure why I deserved all the rudeness. Just looking for help
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
I believe you have confused my straightforwardness with rudeness, you called and asked was i available to remove (1) wasp! From your home. That's correct, to anyone who is reading this (1) wasp. My price is firm at $150 not to mention you are about 30 minutes from where I reside. People we must institute some common sense practices here, we cannot and should not contact an exterminator for (1) wasp when a fly swatter will do just fine.
Timothy found two yellow jacket areas at my home. When it was time to sign the work agreement, I asked if his company was bonded and insured. I ask this of every company that does work on my property. I also asked if there was a circumstance in which I should contact before the 5 day wait period for the death of the bees. At this point, Timothy became angry, took the contract, stated, "I don't have time for this, " and left me, a 70- year-old woman with a nest in my ceiling. Timothy, in a follow-up conversation shared that when you hire a perfessional you should trust that they know what they are doing. I disagree. A wise consumer asks questions. Who hires a roofing company without asking questions? Did I try to make conversation with Timothy by complimenting him on his truck? Yes, I did. It's a friendly, harmless thing to do. As a single woman, I feel that it is important to ask questions. I have never had a company be irrated by my wish to have something clarified or to learn more. I believe that is a right of a cutomer. Did I know that Timothy was under a time crunch? No. How was I supposed to know ?Did I know that my questions were taking up time that he felt he felt he didn't have. No. Were my questions meant to insult Timothy's abilities? Absolutely not. Am I responsible for how Timothy interpreted the fact that I ask questions? No. Did I deserve being left wondering what in the world I had done to deserve the treatment I got? No. Timothy would not want someone to treat his mother that way. Timothy certainly had the right to decline to treat my house but there were ways that that situation could have been handled in a respectful way. Although I had not contacted his company direcectly, he was representinting his company by being there. I guess "customer satisfaction" are only words. I did not ask any question that I would have not asked any other pest company.
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
Char, let's be clear. You never contacted Bug Bounty Hunters directly, you went through another company that is a colleague of mine, it was my understanding that you were prepared for treatment, upon my arrival I assessed the situation and was prepared to treat. You asked more than enough questions. I do apologize that you didn't get to see my quality of work, but there were other clients scheduled that were relying on me to be on time and solve their problems too. I just cannot dedicate an hour of my time proving my capabilities and identity to (1) customer. Honesty, if you want to be sure that you are hiring a legit company, call terminix or orkin. Again, I never did any work for you and you never called my company directly. I wish you the best.
Thank you Timothy!

You're so very welcome
RAVE REVIEW AHEAD. This fellow is a bug-zapping hero, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I reached out via web just before 9 AM on a Friday about a hive/nest of bald-faced hornets who decided to set up shop on a low branch in our back yard during summer vacation right next to our kid's play house (rude!). Not sure if everyone reading this has ever dealt with them, so I will tell you that they are just awful creatures -- very territorial and aggressive and can sting multiple times! They'll chase you for a ways, too! Not a great playmate for the kids, at all -- would make terrible pets! The Bug Bounty Hunter was here within the hour, and within another hour he had suited up and neutralized the hive. I watched him remove the nest out my kitchen window (because I am a big chicken), and I was so impressed with how quickly he did this work. That kind of confidence takes a lot of expertise -- it was like watching well-practiced choreography. I had no idea when I woke up this morning that I would be writing a review about a bug-removal artist, but here I am, folks. This is the man to call about your bugs. THANK YOU, BUG BOUNTY HUNTER.

Mrs. Kemper, you are a fantastic person and the pleasure was all mine, God bless you and your wonderful family
Very fast and friendly. Took care of my hornets nest and spray so they did not come back.
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
Thank you so much, glad I could help
Missed me on his schedule to clear an in ground wasp nest but made it out that day and discounted the service. He also found and treated another nest near by.
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
Sorry about the delay in getting to you Aimee, you were great to work with, thank you

Thank you Mrs Smith
If you are looking for a reliable person for an exterminator I would definitely use them again. Timothy came out with the day I called him the first time and then also 2 months later when we had a heavy rainfall and I noticed that there was still some more activity around my home

Your warranty is always a priority, thank you
After moving into a new house and then finding fleas on our cats, I called on a Saturday. I was put to his voicemail twice and then told because I have an out of state phone number. He thought I was a telemarketer? Tim said he would come spray first flea treatment that Monday, on Valentine's Day. I called him Monday morning and confirmed he would be at my house at scheduled time, because I had to try to get my 1 and 3 year old kids out of the house for 1 hour after treatment. He confirmed time. He then called later and said he would be late. He said "because the line is long at McDonald's." I couldn't believe it. I would've rather him lied and said flat tire. It was so unprofessional. Then 20 minutes later I see him pull into my neighbors driveway and go up and knock on their door. By this time I have 2 screaming kids. So I call and ask him if he needs my address again, and he says no. My kids entire schedule for the day was messed up with naps and I had to cancel an appt I had later, to have my washing machine fixed, because Tim ended up being a half hour late. He was also another half hour late past our agreed upon time for our follow up treatment 12 days later, but this time I had my husband deal with him and I took the children. I definitely would not recommend, if you have a schedule or small children or think it's okay for someone to not show up on time because the line at McDonald's is too long. Very unprofessional. I keep continually combing fleas off of my cats, even after the 2 house treatments and the expensive Frontline flea drops, but I'm not even going to bother with the 90 day guarantee because it's too much of a hassle.

I am terribly sorry about your experience Mrs Turner, but let me remind you that we did discuss that I may in fact be running late and you totally agreed to that. Lets see, there are usually quite a number of unforeseen circumstances that can cause contractors like myself to be late: emergency bathroom breaks, road construction, family matters, etc. I’m sorry Mrs turner but there are other people in this world. I am the owner and operator of this business and it is my greatest wish to serve all my customers on time and to the best of my abilities, but sometimes LIFE doesn’t permit that.
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
I’m sorry, but I don’t remember doing any service for you Mrs Shambo, you may have the wrong company
Resolved issue after second trip. Very responsive and quick to setup appointments.
Very unprofessional. All the other reviews on here have to be friends of timmy, teddy or whatever his name is. He was suppose do a discrete inspection. THE INSPECTION WAD TO BE DISCRETE AND EMPLOYEES WOULD BE INFORMED ON MY TERMS NOT THE INSPECTORS. he "finds" a bug and yells it in front of my employees. He was scheduled to do a treatment Sunday at my business at 6, he gets there 40 minutes late and he has an attitude with me???. He left, no services provided and told me "he has s life". Youll have all kinds of time with no work if you treat people like that. Also, I think he may have planted the bug that he "found". Another thing, you can see by the owner's defensive comment trying to throw it back on me the fact he was late, then blames construction, other business and anything else other than taking accountability for being late. No responsibility for his actions......
Response from Bugbountyhuntersllc
Mr. Legg, you are the most inconsiderate person i know to date. Initially, i came out and provided a "free" inspection that was anything but discreet. Mr. Legg i think the employees know quite well why they were being asked to get out of their chairs so that i could inspect them, especially after multiple employees had already spotted one crawling the wall prior to me inspecting.Furthermore Mr. Legg, i firmly believe that the "lifeblood" of every company in America (ITS EMPLOYEES) have the right to know what environment they're working in, its unethical and immoral for you Mr. Legg to knowingly expose employees to "BED BUGS" and try to keep it "hush-hush" Shame on you Mr. Legg. I was 38 minutes late on a SUNDAY NIGHT,and i was greeted with aggression and foul language, im sorry if other customers have questions about a treatment that i just performed for them, or if there's construction on the highway, or if mother nature calls, Best wishes and Happy Sunday Mr. Legg
