I am a property manager and had Epcon Lane come out to do an inspection. The inspector found no evidence of fleas or bedbugs but the tenants in the building were getting bitten up by something at night. The inspector spent less than 15 minutes going through and inspecting 3 different two bedroom apartments. Update: Clyde the service man is very thorough. As for the office, they still have a lot to be desired. The phone system still sounds terrible. I was supposed to get an email to notify me of the service visit. I did not receive one. Only a courtesy call from Clyde an half hour before. Luckily I was home. I need to know when he is coming.
