AB did exceptional work. He went above and beyond my request as he always does. And was quick to respond when asked if he could come a specific date and time. He always makes it work for us. Give this man a raise! This is why we have Urbanex. They always take care of us going far further than we ask.

Great first service, Jah was very diligent and took care of us.

I was satisfied with the service, but over the past few weeks it has really gone downhill. I’ve had Urbanex for almost a year and the experience has not been great, I’m still seeing spiders and ants, and I’ve had to call them out multiple times to take care of it again. I also had no idea I was in a contract when the young man who signed me up stopped by he did not tell me. Until Urbanex closes my account with no penalty/cancellation fee, this review will stay up. Please do not contact me trying to keep me as a customer and I do NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to get pest control.

My experience with this company left me feeling misled. I already had an established pest control company when an Urbanex salesperson came to my door. Within minutes, I was told I had black widows and black widow webs around my home and that I needed to switch. After doing my own research, I don't believe those claims were accurate, and I feel like they were used to create fear and urgency to make a sale. They also offered to buy out my existing contract, which sounded like a great deal. What wasn't made clear was that I was signing another contract with early termination fees, making it more difficult and expensive to cancel if I wasn't satisfied. Afterward, I noticed they were going door to door throughout my neighborhood. When I started reading other reviews, I found similar experiences from other homeowners, which made me realize my experience may not have been an isolated incident. Homeowners deserve honest, transparent information so they can make informed decisions. Companies should earn business through quality service and integrity—not by creating fear, making questionable claims, or criticizing their competitors. If someone comes to your door telling you that you have black widows around your home and urging you to switch companies, take the time to get a second opinion and read the contract carefully before signing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jeremiah has a great personality, respectful, kind and overall awesome vibe! I saw his truck at a neighbors and asked if he could stop by my house afterwards as I was interested in starting a pest control service. He did and I was impressed with his professionalism. No pressure and quite informative. I’m glad I started my Quarterly service contract with Urbanex Pest Control today and received my first treatment today!

I'm not a customer, but these guys are dangerous and others should know about it. I was just driving down six forks road today and the urban x truck driver goes around me in the right lane because he's not happy that that I'm only doing 39 in a 35. He then proceeds to cut me off (there was less than 2 car lengths between me and the car in front of me) and spikes his brakes to the point where if I don't hit my brakes hard (ABS kicked in), I was going to rear-end them. I understand being a busy business owner but this kind of driving is unacceptable in any conditions! Here is the truck in question. I believe it's the owner(same truck in the Google listing) and he should know better. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The service doesn’t work. When I called I got hang up on twice. They charge you fees that was not disclosed. I would not recommend at all. Horrible company.

Two young men rang my doorbell today, I believe they've stopped by before. After his spill, I say no thank you. Then he says "I hope your day gets better." This is a rude and condescending response.

I hired them they asked for 3 months upfront i payed them then the contract said they would charge monthly after the 3 months instead i got a charge that first month I texted Blake who was the sales guy or whatever and he just ghosted me they charged me second month but now they dont bother to even do the service horrible service

The urbanex team was great! Jah was a terrific technician. And the 2 salesman were super helpful.

Ja Lil was very proficient and professional. Checked in before he started and let me know when he was done. Did a great job clearing all my window bunnies. Also took time to educate me about how long to keep my dogs off the grass. Look forward to working with you in the future!!
