I am changing my review of our recent service with RIDD to a ZERO. I canceled my service today after only two visits. I will leave the facts and let others come to their own conclusions. 1) We are in a brand new home built less than a year. 2) Our home warranty included termite baits every 10 feet around the entire house. Some of these baits are buried beneath landscaping. 3) These baits come pre-filled from the manufacturer. 4) The RIDD Technician asked my husband to come outside and showed him a line of dirt and told him it was termites. He proceeded to open the two baits that were visible and show my husband that they were empty. He advised us to contact RIDD for termite pest control servicing. 5) The original termite control company came today and walked the entire perimeter of our home with my husband and dug up every bait pod to show my husband they were full with the exception of the two empty pods the RIDD Technician showed my husband previously. 6) Interestingly enough, there was a pod buried beneath the dirt between the two empty ones and it was full. I contacted RIDD Customer service today to cancel and told them what I had found out and that I no longer trusted their company. I was forced to pay the $299 cancellation fee, which I feel is wrong. So glad that I did my due diligence before being duped by this company. I do hope that someone higher than the very unhelpful account manager I spoke with contacts me and refunds the cancellation fee. It is the least this company can do. Ellis was amazing and walked my husband through the pest controll applications that were used and showed where our termite bait stations were empty. This was only our second application, but we are impressed so far.

David exceptional in every way. He took the time to really help us, explained things clearly, and made sure we understood everything. He was kind, thoughtful, and very well spoken. We truly appreciated his help and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services from RIDD ‘s

Allen Mills is the kindest gentleman. He did a great job he communicates if he’s running behind. He treated my entire property and let me know what it was used for. I’ve had a wonderful experience with RIDD pest control company! Allen made it 10 times better! Smaller companies are the way to go if you’re looking for people that actually care reach out to RIDD! Ridd came and sprayed my house. I was supposed to get yard treatment. First 2 times you came you did yard treatment.

Not only did he take care of the WASP problem. He removed the nest as well.

I receive the service ofter to me quarterly,that I’m very pleased with, and if there is a problem I’ll call the company for a response.

Raymond was on time and very nice. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Hope we get him on our next treatment visit.

Alex was professional, friendly, and addressed the issue while answering all my questions.

I had my RIDD maintenance package done on my yard today. I believe this is my 5th service since starting with RIDD. Today I was slightly surprised and disappointed that the technician(s) [James & Ellis] who serviced my yard blew all 9 of my gutter splash guards over with the leaf blower and left them! Some were blown and flipped over in my mulch beds and others were left blown in my yard. The ones in my back yard were blown out of the yard onto my back patio. Didn’t even bother to put them back which is just lazy. For what I pay monthly, I expect my property to be left the way it was found. Also, in the service visit notes that the technician left, he said that he placed “2 sticky traps” in my garage which is false because my garage wasn’t even open for him to have done that. Overall, not super pleased following my service today.

Today was a follow-up visit with RIDD. I am noticing less spiders in the home, but they continue to invade my window sills and bedrooms. So, the exterminators came out again this month to help remediate. Allen was polite and thorough and sprayed all around my windows and bedroom periphery. I look forward to a continued decline in the amount of spiders in and around my home. I was very pleased with Allen today.

I find all these techs all to be informative and well trained. Polite and fast service. Would highly recommend.

Ellis came to apply treatment for general pest control. He was courteous and professional as he completed his work and explained the process. Great job!

Ellis was Very pleasant, on time, and did a thorough treatment for termites. Explained the process to me. Alex did a general all pest service and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Was very efficient and thorough.

Ellis was very professional. He cared about me was a customer. He pointed out that I was being charged for a rodent box but I didn’t have one. He suggested I call the office to have my bill adjusted

Technician named Allen is the absolute man! He was very thorough and friendly. He worked with diligence while also making sure that everything we needed done was taken care of.
