I signed up for an annual termite contract. I know next to nothing. Nick came out. He couldn't have been nicer. He explained how termites operate, gave me tips on what to look out for, just a great guy. He found no termite activity in the traps that are set around my house. I am a happy customer. My thanks to Nick. Hope to see him again next year.

We’ve used Team Pest USA since 2020 and couldn't be happier. Our current technician, Austin, always goes above and beyond. We initially hired them through Groupon for a termite bond and have renewed ever since because it's so affordable. I used to do my own pest control with store-bought sprays, but it was a hassle and yielded mediocre results. Upgrading to Team Pest USA's full pest control service has made a world of difference. I’m a big DIYer, but this service is worth every penny. Plus, their customer service is excellent, and confirming or changing appointments via text is incredibly convenient.

It’s a terribly shady company. You buy a new house, and then a year later they send you an “invoice” for services you never signed up for, hoping you’ll just pay it.

I cannot express how much I love this company. I am from up north where there are a lot less bugs. When I moved into my home I contracted another pest control company. They could not solve the bug issue I was dealing with and told me I should just get used to it. I have OCD, so seeing bugs in my home was effecting my mental health. My dad, who’s been with Pest USA for years told me in the 5 years he has used Pest USA services, he has NEVER seen any creepy crawlers (and he lives beside a lake). So I thought, let me give them a shot and it was probably the smartest decision I made that year. Will Speight…I don’t even have the words to describe or explain the light he brings into this world (how many people in pest control can the average person say that about). His passion for what he does/helping others, his subject matter expertise/intelligence, and his kindness leave a mark on everyone he comes across - I can guarantee it. Him and Amber are truly amazing. I don’t do Google reviews, but this is a company I really appreciate with really good people. You can’t go wrong with Pest USA, and if you want to really be wowed with A+ white glove service, ask for Will Speight specifically. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I called Pest USA because I needed my termite stations reinstalled. I had gotten them removed about six months ago because I tried to put in my own “off of Amazon” terminix bait stations. First off, I don’t know what I was thinking because Pest USA inspects your home and they warranty any damage. Will Speight who is the commercial account manager personally came out to see if there was any problem with why I had stopped my service. He was very knowledgeable about Termites and other pest information and explained everything I had questions with. I thought it was nice that he personally came out to make sure everything was okay since I had stopped service Previously. But I told him that was on me because I thought I could do the termite bait stations through Amazon. And I could do those bait stations on Amazon all I wanted to, but with their company, they guarantee warranty and cover costs of termite damage. I need my house insured and that’s what they do. My termite bait stations were reinstalled and I will be a customer for life!!! Thank you Will Speight!!!

Will Speight was thorough during the service and inspected every nook and corner of the house. He was very detailed and gave lot of information on how to maintain the house. He graciously answered all the questions we had. Couldn’t ask for more. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Each time I interact with someone from Pest USA, they are polite and very helpful. Each team member who has come to my house to do a treatment has been efficient and worked hard to make sure things were done correctly. They explain the type of treatment being performed and make sure all my questions are answered.
