Incredible services. Called them because we had a bird in our fireplace. They took apart the full fireplace to make sure there was no bird and then checked the outdoor vent and gave us recommendations on how to prevent this in the future. Can't recommend enough.

Today, Tomas was the technician for our annual inspection of the Sentricon bait system for termite control. He texted to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. I highly recommend Sustainable Pest Systems!

All of the technicians and office staff that we deal with are professional and customer-service oriented. Tomas came today and alerted me as to arrival time and as always asked if we needed any additional treatments.

I have been using sustainable pest systems for about 4 years, I believe. First at my old house and now at the new house. My technicians have always been great. This time Daniel did our quarterly treatment. As always, he took the time to notify me prior to arriving, listened to my current needs and concerns, and performed the work in a timely manner. I love their service. I only wish they didn't increase the rates!

I used Sustainable Pest Systems for over a year. The guys who came were extremely friendly. They listened to my concerns. I cancelled my contract because they could not get rid of the small red ants. The base rate is very fair @ 125.00 a quarter but the price of over 400.00 for red ants is too high when it doesn't work.

They were called for an ant problem. Very disappointed that they weren’t going to spray outside because they saw no trails of ants, but none today doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be any tomorrow. They did inspect many areas inside the house and sprayed. The outside was sprayed after my conversation with them.

Did not do a complete job. We had repeated problems with same issue less than 90 days. When asked to come back and make it right I was told they only gave 30 day warranty .

Terrible customer service. Look at your house for 2 seconds and give you a guess as to what they can help with. Lady calls 2 hours later and asks if we want the service. What service? No one explained anything of what you would do? She says ok bye!
